  1. TPMS System Fault

Ok, With the tool, enter learning mode as you have done previously. Start at LF - If still no response from the sensor: Try the same procedure with Driver's Door Open If still no response, jack and rotate (spin) the LF Tire and try again. If still no response, move to RF etc. to see if any of...
  2. Schematic and harness for headlights

Both Dr and Pass side's are the same connectors, so if it did not fit on the Pass side you will have the same outcome on the driver's side.
  3. Water sloshing noise under dashboard

I have an Autel MS906TS, any high-end scanner with Bi-Directional Control will work. But your specific issue, this would only help in pinpointing (isolating) Coolant or AC Noise, I suggested it as it would allow you to command the pump on and circulate the coolant and the only noise would be...
  4. Water sloshing noise under dashboard

The more I listen to the sound bite, I think I am hearing coolant (air pockets) in the heater core. It may be a good idea to do a combustion check of the coolant as well, as it may be a bad head gasket, pressurizing the cooling system creating air pockets. This would be a worst-case scenario...
  5. Water sloshing noise under dashboard

Ok, I hear what sounds like a faucet dripping (fast) into a sink full of water. A few things that can be done in an attempt to isolate the noise. Get a mechanics stethoscope and from under the passenger side footwell, place the scope on the heater core lines running into the heater core...
  6. The Dreaded Water in Spark Plugs (TSB 21-2147)

Plugs are easy as long as no corrosion in the wells, the only part that can be an issue is getting the COP Boot back on the plug, it’s a by feel only and can be easy to get the boot beside the plug instead of on the plug. Do NOTE that the service manuals do not state adding Anti-Seize - this is...
  7. The Dreaded Water in Spark Plugs (TSB 21-2147)

Anything you can do to divert the rain water from dripping down to the engine is beneficial. This issue is not on every truck, it depends on how and where you park, I do not have the issue but did perform preventive maintenance and add Anti-Sieze to the plugs
  8. TPMS System Fault

One other thought: The sensors enter sleep mode after 30 minutes: Have you driven the truck then parked and attempted the learn just after parking?
  9. TPMS System Fault

I think the message is from the truck not seeing the (OFF) sensors. One or more of the (Tremor) sensors may have a dead battery and will not wake. You may have fault codes logged in the BCM and may need cleared before it will learn the new (ON) sensors. I would try it with a tool (shop) or...
  10. Why does Ford Pass say I need an oil change?

Marketing ($$$) Most likely by your odometer data, not from the Oil Life itself I got that as well, then uploaded the oil change in maintenance records and I stopped getting the notifications.
  11. Radio defaulting to AM???

The update search on the truck will only show if Ford pushes it to the truck. even if it shows, the OTA updates to the truck are problematic, the windows download to USB is the best way or the alternative Cyanlabs downloader.
  12. Radio defaulting to AM???

This was a documented issue with Sync Version (22251) along with a few other related issues. You should update to version (23188) if you have version (22251) Owners report that this fixed the issue.
  13. Ford pvc hose

I would call Ford parts to confirm but it appears that the current part numbers are: KB3Z-6758-A - Tube (with) Sensor Mount (Build to 11/18/19) KB3Z-6758-B - Tube (without) Sensor Mount (Build After 11/18/19)
  14. Ford pvc hose

I would call Ford parts, due to the fact that there was a part number change on that tube, with and without the sensor mount port
  15. Issues upon issues

Unfortunately, it appears to be a cracked head or block. If coolant is still getting into the cylinder and you are still seeing coolant loss. If repaired, it may take some time to burn off the coolant in the CAT and may have a Fouling O2 Sensor from the previous leaks.
  16. Issues upon issues

What did they do to it, other than Head Gasket and EGR Cooler?
  17. Engine won’t turn off, 4wd issues

I am on the fence here: and it depends on if the (1) Relay 4WD, which all the documentation and manuals show that it is (Non-Serviceable) and integral to the BJB. So, if we back up to my post #25, this was my very first thought. But then reevaluated the issue and stayed on the circuit but more...
  18. In depth horn wiring help needed.

Check Fuse #48 in the BJB, if good press and hold the Horn and check for power on both sides of the fuse.
  19. Engine won’t turn off, 4wd issues

It should take less than 1 hour to find the problem, if it is on that circuit, which I strongly believe it is.
  20. Ford Performance Air Oil Separator Installed

These come from the service manuals, nothing to do with the catch can install , you have to find specific item to replace to see it. You are only removing (1) factory tube and installing the catch can (inline) of both ends of the tube. Its intent is to catch / drain any impurities in that tube...
