Unfortunately, it appears to be a cracked head or block. If coolant is still getting into the cylinder and you are still seeing coolant loss. If repaired, it may take some time to burn off the coolant in the CAT and may have a Fouling O2 Sensor from the previous leaks.

Check Fuse #48 in the BJB, if good press and hold the Horn and check for power on both sides of the fuse.
