Next time I’ll leave it to the professionals!
I like the looks of this thing and it may be a better solution for the giant 5 amp Battery Tender brand battery maintainer that I use for my mustang. The nature of how that Battery Tender hooks up demands I keep the hood popped. Having the hood popped means I can't keep it covered. Not being able to keep it covered means it gets ridiculously dusty. That thing you posted looks nice and compact and I can tuck it under the battery dress-up cover.

I gave my Ranger a unibrow this weekend. Can't yet say that I love the look, but if it proves to be effective once the flying critters are more abundant this spring, I will keep it.

Now you will never unsee this. o_O

He doesn't have a damper so he's been demoted to blinker fluid filler.

At first I did run the cord this way. Only problem was the three prong end of the cord looked too big and awkward. That end in your photo is much more streamline.

Believe it or not my mount position is pretty easy to get to.
I ran mine out the gaping intercooler hole. I'll be adding the Putco grille soon but it should still fit.

I can tuck it up and out of site with an easy reach to grab it, but once the Putco is in place, that won't be an option. But since I tend to always leave it hanging out, it'll be okay (I suppose I can thread it back in with just a small part showing, that no body would notice).

Bah, just went out and the connector is a tad too big for the Putco grille, so gonna need to disconnect it and thread it through. It's a handy spot for me and easy to use (I plug it in a few times a week due to the continual Soupie Shuffle for letting Kate out).

That's the one I have, except it's a 303 version - works great! Dave recommended it, so I got it! Thanks Dave! =D

Well, I'm going to try camping under the tonneau cover this weekend at VIR, so I ordered the bedrug and an electric blanket.
That's making my claustrophobia flair up just thinking about it.

Well, I did install those LEDs in the tonneau cover rails, so it will not be dark in there. I just need to make a new cable to connect directly to the 12V output on the Jackery, instead of using the truck's bed light output, then the Jackery switch for the 12V output is my light switch too.

Good luck John. Might be a bit tight but should be fine.

Love it! When fiddling with my tonneau cover, I was in there with it fully closed and laying on the Bedrug and I gotta say, it was comfortable enough to make it on my list of "Where can I nap and not get in trouble" list.

If you really do, let us know!

Caveat, I'm only 5'6" (on a good day) and fit nicely in my Scab bed.

It would be the perfect spot. But, just like you I’ve got the MM version sitting in my office waiting to install. The passenger side behind the bumper out of the way was the only spot that wasn’t an eyesore.

$1985.00 and I can't get in until May 1st; probably would be longer if I needed parts.

There's some dimples and fine scratches above the front wheel lip molding also that don't show up on my photos but the bodyshop, er, collision repair center got better photos.
