What is everyone paying for their 5th Gen Ranger?

Cactus grey Ford Ranger Lariat super cab. 501A ,spray in bed liner, running boards, towing package,4x2 ,ASS delete, medium stone leather. Out the door price was $34,900. Got the A-plan, minus $1750 for my 2021 being cancelled by Ford. Minus $1000 for ordering a 2022.

So, I've now honed in on exactly what I want to buy but I'm wondering how much flexibility to expect the dealer to have on the sticker price. Yes, I know the times we're in but I also study up on car negotiations and feel like if there is room to be made I will have a good chance.
'22 Ranger XLT 4x4 301a sport pkg $38,500. I have X plan. Curious to hear what you think I could do with that sticker price. Maybe $37 before TTL, maybe 38? Maybe no reduction at all.

Traded a '18 Tacoma for my '22 Ranger last thursday. Sticker on the XLT was $44700. Resid $4K on the Tacoma......Negotiated $34K on my Tacoma.......Extended bumper to bumper warranty to 6yrs/125K miles......$1K free accessories......out the door for $17K.

2021 XLT FX4 crew cab with a few options.
It's a small town dealer that had/has very little inventory. They have one ranger on the lot right now.

I paid 21K for my 2020 FX4 with 700 kms. The FX4 here is not 4WD, just a 2WD with the FX4 look. Nice leather seats and black door handles etc.

Paying it off early means that your wallet's not as fat and that's better for sitting. (I dunno, I don't have enough money to do any of this!)

X-Plan Price was $40,585.

With GAP, little over $100 in accessories, taxes/fees, I was out I think just over $43k

You beat my deal. No dealer in 100mi radius would honor my X plan. 301A 4X4, tow, locking diff. OTD $41,200.

Only reason they would is because the truck hadn't arrived. They had a Lariat on the lot, specced out the same + black appearance, and they wouldn't honor X-Plan because it was already there. As far as I know, that same truck still hasn't sold ?
