Justin, what amount of total drop do you have on this?

I would prefer mine to be lower, but not too much. I'm still thinking 4-5" front/6" rear for mine?
That's not a picture of it lowered. That is a test run with the new wheels and tires installed to test TPMS sensors and BORA adapters. I will post lowered pics when I get the alignment done.
Sorry if I didn't make that clear!

Oh, I was going to say it still looked high, but not as high as the ones I've seen in person, so I wasn't sure? How much are you thinking about doing then?

I agree. Another inch lower up front would be nice. How is your clearance with that wheel and tire setup? Do you have room to go lower?
Yes I do. No issues what so ever

Does anyone know how wide the Air Design Fender Flares are? I've heard different things, but the most I heard was 2"? 2" would be great, since the wheel I'm planning on using are -24mm offset, with 265/50/20 tires, which will stick out from the body about 3.1" Air Design won't answer emails or their phone, but I've heard good things about them, other than not answering anything....?

Once again, 4-6 sandbags sounds like a cheaper alternative. ?

Finished with the lowering kit install! I had to work on the installation in the evenings after the little ones went to bed. Took me 8-9 hours total. Only snag I hit was not realizing that I would need a spring compressor for the front struts. No biggie I bought a set at the local NAPA. I had a local shop do the alignment and included a snapshot of my alignment numbers.

I went with 2" up front and 5" in the rear. Truck sits level now but much lower. I absolutely love the new look and performance.

I will say that the ride is quiet a bit more harsh and jarring. I don't mind it at all but I can see others not liking it. I feel that the rougher ride is all a part of the better handling and performance. Pavement seams and joints are more felt now but the ride is much more composed and tight. The cornering abilities are way ahead of the stock setup. For the price and ease of installation I could not be happier with the Belltech kit! I am totally satisfied!

Anyone following my "F150 wheels on a Ranger" post will recognize the wheels. I have been working out a way to install these 2014 F150 FX4 20" wheels on my truck. I am running 1" thick BORA adapters. The offset is wide but the look will be great. I have some pics of the initial test run and fitment check. These pics show the wheels all cleaned up and painted Magnetic Gray ready for 265/50R20 Toyo Proxes STIII. I am excited to see the finished project but gotta wait a little longer to save up the money for the tires.

Great to hear that you've got the truck lowered and that you like it. Like you, I like the way it rides and handles. Those wheels look great and will be awesome on there! Anxious to see the finished product.

I will eventually have my alignment checked out of curiosity more than anything. So far the alignment I did myself is working well. Once I get the upper control arms (several months down the road) I will have it properly aligned.

Thanks Kevin! I can't say enough good things about the kit and how happy I am with how it turned out.

You can see that my alignment is close but not perfect. I may spring for the UCA down the road also. Going to likely wait until spring tax return season!

You will probably never notice any issues with those alignment specs.

Same here. I have to find a hidden jar of money.

Not bad looking at all! I still want mine to sit lower, like a 3/6 or 4/6 drop. I'm still unsure how the SCT Ranger drop says 5.5"F/6"R...? The front is nowhere near the height of the rear, so why would the front need to be dropped almost 6"? Boggles the mind....

Installed the Belttech Kit like a month ago, when with 2 front 4 rear. I am planning to get either spacers or aftermarket wheels to make the wheels more flush with the fenders.
IF I plan to use my Stock STX wheels, what size spacers i should get?
If I plan to get aftermarket wheels, maybe 18 inch, what size rim, tires and offset I should get?
