Anyone done the cylinder inspection themselves just to check to see if your injectors are leaking?
That is if you have an inspection scope..

Some have reason to worry, when your draining out an extra quart or more of oil at change time, not normal!
I can't speak for your truck obviously, but that is definitely not the case with mine. If you really are leaking that much there is another issue. The "Fuel in oil" issue would be that your levels are higher than normal, correct? Not a quart low.

Ahhh good catch, that makes more sense now lol. I still don't have that issue on my truck, but it doesn't make sense how something like this could get past Ford unless its a select few problem trucks. I still find a quart between intervals hard to believe, but hopefully you find a cure Jim if it is that bad

Really hard to believe? I would bet the folks that are having this issue can believe it mostly cause they've seen it.

Mine was that bad before the HPFP change but that improved it quite a bit. But did not fix the problem, I've been trying to improve it further. It seems like the change to 5/40 has helped also, now I've been staying right around the top hole. Before the 5/40 oil change I was going about a quarter to five eights over the top hole. A few guys have said the 5/40 wouldn't help with the rising level but it seems it helped mine!!

Can you post a picture with a quart between intervals? The most I could find was a couple of ounces

What octane fuel are you running? And have you been using full synthetic?

Twice, my oil drained, has been more than 1.7qts more than what was put in, both of those were around 2,000 miles on the oil. I have no idea how much Ford drained on the 5,000 mile oil change, but the level was above the 2 that I listed above. The field engineer wanted an oil report with at least 5,000 miles on the oil to see how bad the wear metals got. I will be receiving the oil sample report from that change, 5,000 miles, when I pick my truck up. That will be the 5th oil sample that Ford has taken and sent out, all of which, so far, have been double digits for fuel dilution. I got to believe that 5,000 mile oil sample will be close to 20%? It is currently at the dealer for the 11th time. This time they are replacing the PCV system including the oil separator. For reference, Ford has replaced the HPFP, all 4 injectors...twice, all HPF lines. My truck has also passed all the testing, leak-down, compression, & PCV system check. It is a lemon, but Ford must believe it is cheaper to keep trying to fix it. Problem did not start until there was about 10K on the truck, which now is over 25k. They did extend my powertrain warranty to 100,000 miles, so there is that?

That's Ford tuff, tuff to deal with. Everytime I read about your situation I get even more aggravated!

Honestly after 11 trips to the dealer I would just file lemon law and be done with it. I think the BBB has a lemon law hotline. I’m all about letting the dealer and Ford handle it but it sounds like they’re just giving up on you telling you to go 5k and see what happens. Almost like they want it to blow up to make an easy case to replace it rather than actually figuring out what is causing it.

I tried to get a buyback replacement, but I was denied. Ford told me they strictly go by the lemon law in the associated state. Unfortunately, it does not qualify for the WI state lemon law, which states there has to be 4 fix attempts in the first year of ownership. My problem started 10 months into ownership, so no way could I get 4 fix attempts in that time, especially considering it was right when the whole Covid thing was starting. Many other states have much better lemon laws compared to the corporate owned state of WI. There is the federal lemon law, which I may consider.

All four of my injectors were leaking. They were replaced under warranty last week.
