Ford Officially Releases Sync 3 v3.4 Build 20282

However the F150 had 2 additional large files (Gracenotes and NA Language Pack) that the Ranger did not. Took over an hour to update the F150 vs 20 minutes to update the Ranger.

Ugh. What software version was the Ranger on before the update? I've already reported some downloads for Escapes missing those two packages when they should have had them...

Both vehicles were on v3.4 Build 20136.

I thought it was odd the Ranger didn't get the Gracenotes and NA Language Pack updates.

*string of expletives*... Yes, it should've had them as well. Something else for everyone to check when they grab the update now.

Have you sent in the XML yet? If not, can you ping me your VIN so I can see what it pulls down for me and report it as well? Thanks!

You're missing the 14G391-CM voice pack, unless you had installed it prior.

You're missing the 14G391-CM voice pack, unless you had installed it prior.

If it would have been in the first update for the ranger (sometime last year?) then maybe. My file from July for the 3.4 release that broke climate doesn't have a CM file either.

Basically, same as Ranger_Rocks only the C's would be B's, e.g. 14G391-BM. I’ll double check when our power comes back on...

Yep you needed it then. It’s new for this release so the only reason you shouldn’t get it is if you had installed and reported one of the prior MY21 builds.

Use the files from the F-150 updater? Can also run another dealer used stock VIN that matches your system, Nav or Non-Nav, and get a new updater.

The little 4? That'd be basically the same as SYNC 3 Non-Nav, only it's 381-FK, 423-BB and 391-BM.
