I am guessing the old ones just slide out & the new ones slide in? There are time that it would be nice to have an unobstructed view out the back window.WhooHoo got my rear folding headrests and installed them. A huge shoutout to @Jackpot Tremor for the correct PN#'s !!!

Looks good, I am wanting to do the same but was unclear about the cover itself, I did pull my cover off of my existing headrests to check if I had the headrest without the button, but the hole for it - as other members have reported - they added a dowel rod to it-to make it function as intended, - I have standard - non-Folding, no hole in foam, so getting the replacements like these is my only option - Thanks for the pics and part numbers. I have tries locating the part number for the covers themselves (with the buttonhole) but cannot locate it, but it should be easy enough just to slit a hole in the cover for the button.WhooHoo got my rear folding headrests and installed them.
