No problem towing that. Below is my 2021 Tremor hooked up for a camping trip last summer. Although I added the Ford trailer brake controller, the trailer has a 4-pin connector and surge brakes.
The trailer has a sticker on it stating the max speed is 55mph. I was well over that for an extended...
Canuckranger from Colorado? ??‍♂️
Many racks are adjustable and may work for both the 5th gen and 6th gen Ranger. Your 2024 is a 6th gen. Did you also post at Ranger6g?
The new Ranger may have more options (eventually) because it has stake pockets.
The folding cover limits your options - the...
Well, last night… I traded it in.
Huge thanks to everybody here. I don’t want to calculate the amount of money you cost me. I also should not really reflect on the amount of time spent reading and posting. Been around for 3 years and only 3 members on my ignore list - not too bad. It has been...
I have (had) the Rhino one too. After 3 years and 94,000km I did have to touch it up last week. As others noted - a few passes of BBQ black and it looked good as new.
I did cut off about 4” of the stock tail pipe. This allowed the tip to tuck in a bit more. And, protected behind a mud flap.
Picked it up tonight. Terrible picture, but it gets dark early here. I’ll get a better one tomorrow.
I have a list of things I will do, want to do, may do.
So far, I am really liking the new features. Adaptive cruise control with start stop, brake hold, and heated steering wheel are my...
Well, after a lot of research, and searching, we have a new vehicle picked out.
Sometime next week, I’ll take delivery of a 2024 Ranger Lariat!
Options are:
Hot Pepper Red
2.7L
FX4 Pkg
Advanced Tow Pkg
Engine Block Heater
Integrated Box Side Steps
Floor Liners - All Weather

Searching for the correct response here. I’ll take every inch I can get? I’ll use every inch? Believe me, I’m skilled with a ruler?
I’ll see myself out
I also had the newly redesigned 1997 F150. Extended cab with step side bed.
I just looked up the dimensions. The F150 has only grown 1” from 1997 - 2024.
The Ranger has grown quite a bit. Its is only 1” narrower that the current F150.
Thanks!
The F-150 is only 6” wider without the mirrors, 10” if you compare both with mirrors folded open. Just clears a support beam in my parking garage, glad it isn’t any taller.
Well, couldn’t make the numbers work on a Ranger Raptor. No incentives/rebates, and no breaks on the financing.
But, a Tremor 402A made the short list. Additional features I like:
Memory seats/mirrors/steering column, heads up display, ventilated seats, leather, modular front bumper, flat rear...
Well, I found a good price on a F-150 Tremor. Now that you are ordering 2025’s, remaining 2024’s and gently used 2023’s are coming down in price. This truck checks a lot of the boxes.
The dealership is pulling together the details of the trade and sale. Not sure we will come to an agreement...
I hear you. But not much uses the SAE connector either. I have an adapter from SAE to cigarette, and then a pack of pigtails I can add to other accessories. I do like that they are so inexpensive and readily available.
I made my own bracket. I do t have great photos.
I used 1”x1” aluminum angle. I attached a vertical piece to each of the bumper mounts. I then attached a horizontal piece to those vertical pieces.
This is the trip I was worried about. Truck drove like a champ.
We drove south on the Busy Lizzy. Had to stop at Crossiron Mall ?
Had a blast. We were tour guides as much as we were tourists.
I ran power directly from the battery and a separate switched power source. Both connect up to an SAE connector. Leads and adapters are readily available and inexpensive.
As for bed lighting - I used a roll of LED strip lights from Amazon. Cheap, easy to use, effective.
