What did you let go to get your Ranger?

I ordered it in August and financed it in October, when it arrived at my dealer.

However, I did end up selling my mint K24 swapped NB Miata, in order to buy all the upgrades/parts I put on it, over the Winter...

And I had an old 2003 (face lifted to a 2011 and lifted 2") Ranger Super Cab Edge 4x4, that I quit driving, once I bought the '21 Ranger. A co-worker made an offer on it, so I sold it to him.

2017 Skoda Octavia RS with a few mods. I really miss the power and the handling; that was a super fun car. Oh and the heated seats. But overall the Ranger is far more useful.

I sold my 2006 Ford Lariat 5.4.
It was a good truck and I can't remember any mechanical repair.
The engine light has been on for about six months. Scan showed bad PCM module. It was also needing a set of tires.
The F150 seemed to have grown a couple feet longer the last couple of years and I was having trouble parking it and getting around in parking garages.
I love the size of this Ranger.

Traded in a 2016 Ford Fusion AWD with the 2.0 ecoboost and only 59,000 miles. Loved the car, engine was solid, but was worried about the tranny longevity. Also, had/have enough projects around the house where a truck bed would be nice that we couldn't pass up factory ordering a 2022 XLT, especially with used car prices these days. Only 150 miles on it so far, but love it! Dang...now I gotta do projects.

Funny, I had a 2014 Forester that burned oil; I ended up getting a new short block at 30k miles...that one didn't burn any oil but probably because I used Redline full synthetic 5W30 from the get go...part of the issue with 2014's was the panther piss they used for oil (0W20), that in combination with cheap rings ended up costing Subaru a lot of $$. I got 7 years and 77k miles out of mine before trade in

2016 Porsche Macan S. Had a 370z before that. Loved the Porsche, may have been the best driving car I've ever had. But Carvana gave me $7262 more than I paid for it after driving it two years. Funny, the biggest offer I got from an individual was $6000 below Carvana.

2006 Ranger Scab FX4 Offroad with 43k. It didn't go far though, my brother bought it for his daily driver. It now has 70k and still looks like new.
