Yes, my bad. Fox 2.0 Stage 1 rear shocks. The Decked system weighs 205 dry and I have probably 100# stored in it. The rack has a dry weight of 150#. Add the fuel, water and tools on the rack and we have close to 100#. So, total weight in the bed is roughly 500# give or take a few.
I respect your opinion Sir. The truck is 17.5' in overall length, the trailer is 18' 10" long, so not such a big difference (1' 4"). The trailer's loaded weight is roughly the same as the weight of the truck and well within the towing capacity of the Ranger by a factor of -3000# and a 400#...
I hear you and not disputing your reply. I'm thinking more of an offroad situation or where you need equal traction to both wheels. With a locker engaged, on a surface where equal traction is not an issue, you are going to set yourself up for unnecessary mechanical problems down the road. Just...
MPG - The jury is still out on that since I've only driven it two or three times since install. We are heading for a camping trip in the wilds Utah next week, so I'll have a better idea at least in Hwy MPG.
Power - No idea, I always drive conservatively and don't put my foot into it unless...

How is the fit and finish?
Very good and solid. I had to make a few adjustments in terms of hardware. Mainly due to the foam gasket that seals the snorkel to the outside fender. It's about 1/2" thick and the included M6 bolts were just too short...
Interesting question.
We took our bone stock 19 XLT 4x4 into some unknown country in the Northern Sierra Range, while taking a trail we saw on the map, we stopped next to a Jeep Rubicon who was exiting the trail and airing back up. We asked how the trail ahead was and they looked at the stock...
I use OnX Offroad and Gaia GPS, as well as my Garmin, InReach Explorer+. Between the three, I have offline maps, tracks, routes and satellite text, emergency SoS, if needed. We are often a long way from civilization and being in our 60's, need to always be prepared (yes, I was a Boy Scout once...
I had a 2004 Ranger 2wd, manual trans. I loved it! I sold it because I had four vehicles at the time and my son's friend was joining the Navy and needed a vehicle. It was the least expensive option at the time for him. I sold it for $1k and don't regret it. That was 5 yrs ago and the kid still...
A local brushless/touchless car wash has high power undercarriage jets that clean it as I drive over. The dirtier Horatio gets, the slower I drive over. Does a good job!
