These are Wet Okole neoprene covers for our summer kayaking. And good against Cheech claws. =)

It sure is. We try to walk a few days a week especially since I'm not working much now. Gotta keep the heart pumping! ?Brisk walking is a great cardio activity!
God speed on a complete recovery Phil!Hi Folks,
Ranger fired up after sitting for the holidays and took me to the Dermatologist for removal of more meat on my forearm, chasing a melanoma ... Now the wait to see if he got it or...more digging or other???? Ranger was not happy sitting next to a TACO in the parking lot... TACO attitude appeared to be nose up in the air haughty when it is old and ugly. Oh well....I told the Ranger that it had do deal with it.... The Ranger is now back in the garage sleeping like my Tortoise is under my computer desk....
best,
Phil
Lots of other opportunities to get some extra exercise in... going to Target today and taking the stairs instead of escalators...It sure is. We try to walk a few days a week especially since I'm not working much now. Gotta keep the heart pumping! ?
Hmmm, interesting Mike - any thoughts on adding angled bracing (like on a wide push broom) to handle the torque if one side gets into heavier snow than the other?I built a rear snow plow for my Ranger, finished it last night late. I adapted the design off of a couple I saw on YouTube. I will post more pics and a video later. I dont own a welder so I made it from a drop hitch and treated lumber. I won $80 on scratch off lottery tickets I got for Christmas plus a $50 gift card from Lowes, I still have a few bucks left. Has a hickory 1x4 attached to the top to roll the snow
And instead of using g hickory as the skid/sleds I cut 2 pieces off a piece of HDPE plastic (slippery 1/4 Inch use of for wood working jigs etc) my can of DuPont slick spray for my snow blower arrived yesterday so I coated the blade with it to see how it does on wood plus sprayed my snow blower chute. If the spray on the wood doesn't last I will coat it with Johnsons paste wax for wood. Blade is upside down in pics, had to attach the plastic to the bottom.
I bought a 12 volt atv winch at Harbor Freight that came with a wired and wireless remote but I won't encorporate a lift right now, I will need to see what gauge the power wires are and run it to the battery when it's warmer.
I made the blade width to sit just inside the tires so I can back.out of the garage without hitting anything plus it will line up with my rear camera backup assist lines. my driveways straight easy peazy.
a treated 2x12 blade and a treated 2x6 for the arm, a spacer at the hitch. I used an 8 inch grade 8 bolt to attach it to the hitch . Other guys used a piece of 4x4 to attach the blade and arms, I had a piece of 4x6 I forgot to rip to 4x4 so I had to go buy longer 3/8 carriage bolts, no regular bolts in that length in stock. Only put in 3 instead of 4 so I added to 1/4 inch x 6" construction lags.

Yup it's 10 miles away. I'm all for walking and being healthy but that's just to far. ?Drove to the walk spoiled.
Yes Duke, I have some angle metal and also some long lengths of leftover 1 inch metal conduit, I didn't see any flex to speak of in the camera while pushing the wet stuff at the end of the drive but I was busy watching what I was doing. It worked fantastic! I need to run errands and then I will upload video to YouTube and link it. I will have to use the snow blower first for the drifting to my right as I back out, I can't get the angle on the truck and blade. If I push from the other direction I will bury my trash cans. I had only a fee minutes of cleanup with snow blower and shovel compared to over and hour of standing out in that wind chill next time.Hmmm, interesting Mike - any thoughts on adding angled bracing (like on a wide push broom) to handle the torque if one side gets into heavier snow than the other?
