Changed the oil. Just finished 1/2 hour ago. Always so nice feeling the love just roll off of a vehicle when you give it fresh oil.

Can’t wait to drive it later today. That extra 42HP from fresh oil is always a blast!
10-4, mine is going to Quick Lane tomorrow morning for its 5,000 mile religious service. They'll go over it with a fine tooth comb.

Pulled out the spare. It was low at 30 psi, looks like it's meant to be 50 psi. It's a Hankook and the truck's running wheels have Bridgestones. I'll do some phosphoric acid to address the rusting spare rim and then use Fluid Film on it.

I took it down so that I could thoroughly rinse the under-carriage, I get NH Oil done on it this month. I'll see about pics of that when the time comes.

Gonna put the GSPSCN 12V tire inflator back in, this little inflator is convenient but took a quarter of its charge to pump that spare to 50psi. I'll keep using the little one because it's perfect for keeping my tires at 35psi for temp swings. But if I ever needed to bring a plugged flat up, it would take a while (I think you're not meant to run these little ones for more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time).

Installed an Icon leaf pack with add a leaf and Eibach Pro-Truck reservoir shocks to the back end. Ignore the coilovers, ran out of time to install those.

Massive difference on road with the Icon/Eibach combo! Only been on less than 24 hours so the jury is out for dirt performance.

The Icon in option 3 configuration picked me up 3" in the rear. I'm sure that will settle down after a couple of loaded camp trips.

Found some BD Squadron Pros for sale on FB for really cheap so had to pull the trigger on them. I already have a pair of Rigid A-pillar lights on the truck so I ordered the fog brackets and BD’s Baja Amber wide lenses. Just installed them late last night. Took some pics this evening. I think they may be too bright for everyday road use tho. I didn’t get any one flashing their high beams at me this evening tho lol. I love how well you can see EVERYTHING coming down the road

This first picture is of my Ironman fridge slide. The following images are of my custom slide.

As you can see, I gained 7" of overall room back by building my own. The Ironman was great, and worked perfectly, but I lost so much bed space. Now I can build a wooden enclosure to protect the fridge and have the rest of the bed for gear when we go camping.

I am going to build an enclosure around the fridge, get everything setup like I want, then buy a new piece of plywood to mount everything to. This is my tester piece and will serve for me to mount/remount everything to get it right, then... the final piece will go in with holes drilled in from the bottom and retaining nuts installed for bolts instead of wood screws. Plus, I need to create a better template to fill in all the cubbies and get the floor all covered. More to come on that, when the time comes.

took the truck in for the 60,000 mile service plus state inspection and had the spark plugs changed. I asked to have the old plugs returned & marked as to which cylinder they were in because I was curious about water getting in #4 plug well. all 4 look the same

I got my truck fixed today. Its been a ridiculous process starting my May. Short version: took my truck to the local dealer for a 'Service 4wd" and 'Terrain Management Fault' light. They diagnose the Terrain Control Switch is bad. Replaced the switch. Not resolved. Original dealer can't use my extended warranty so I have to take it back to the dealer I bought the truck at. They diagnose a faulty BCM. Part is backordered, shipping out first week of July. It does not ship. Now Just 14th. It does not ship. Part finally arrives at dealer on July 25. Dropped the truck off at 10:00a today, received the call that the truck was done at 1:45p.

The truck was at the first dealer for 3 weeks for diagnostics. The truck was at the second dealer for 2 weeks for diagnostics. I waited almost a month for the part. Actual repair took less than 4 hours. AND... all because Ford modules have to be programmed by special Ford tools, because I could have found a used part and replaced it months ago, if it was plug and play.
