  1. 8020 Extruded Aluminum. Simple Shelf Across Bedrails. Advice?

I used 2525 series (.98ā€ squared) from Amazon. Hinges are from Lowe’s, can’t recall what size. Nothing I’d change so far, other than I would have waited to buy a good supercab for the 6 foot bedšŸ™ƒ
  2. 8020 Extruded Aluminum. Simple Shelf Across Bedrails. Advice?

If you have a steel knuckle, good luck! I’ve tried 3 different parts(1 Ford, 2 aftermarket), none fit!
  7. How to remove bed rails?

Just did mine before a camper install back in January. Neddle nose pliers and 2 trim pry bars really helped.
  8. Sway bar quicker disconnects (no modification)

My guess why you didn’t have to drill is that you have steel knuckles since they have larger hardware than the the aluminum knuckles.
  9. My Ice Chest to Fridge journey

I resisted as long as possible as well but the convenience of a fridge also won me over. Started with a BougeRV Rocky fridge because it was low enough to clear the tonneau cover on my last set up. Just built my own fridge slide a few weeks back for the camper and I’m currently working on...
