I used 2525 series (.98” squared) from Amazon. Hinges are from Lowe’s, can’t recall what size. Nothing I’d change so far, other than I would have waited to buy a good supercab for the 6 foot bed🙃

I had a RTT on a bed rack and that thing was a sail. Got stuck in a few bad windstorms while trying to drive the speed limit on highway and a few times i felt like a good gust would try and send me into the next lane. No issues with the camper though.

My Eibach pro 2’s were preset at 2.5”. I adjusted them up to both be at 3” to adjust for the sag on the drivers side. Super easy process.

Ford MEF521/MEF519, Delphi TA3615/TA3614 wrong stud size, correct length. Tried one from O’Reilly but can’t find the part#. I have a mid-2020 with steel front knuckles.

If you have a steel knuckle, good luck! I’ve tried 3 different parts(1 Ford, 2 aftermarket), none fit!

Just did mine before a camper install back in January. Neddle nose pliers and 2 trim pry bars really helped.

My guess why you didn’t have to drill is that you have steel knuckles since they have larger hardware than the the aluminum knuckles.

I resisted as long as possible as well but the convenience of a fridge also won me over. Started with a BougeRV Rocky fridge because it was low enough to clear the tonneau cover on my last set up. Just built my own fridge slide a few weeks back for the camper and I’m currently working on...

I've owned this hard rolling tonneau for about 2 years. There are some scratches here and there, but it's been a great cover. Includes clamps and 2 keys. $400.
