What's up with a 35k inspection? Did Ford tell you, you had to have one?
30k or 35k I don’t remember. Did Ford company directly email me? No they never do. Did the dealership tell me? Yes. Last inspection was like 10 or 15k miles.

And we discussed a long long time ago that elevating the brackets should be a piece of cake, even if it means double stacking brackets. Get me a measurement for how much more clearance you need to clear the door and being the all knowing omnipotent being that I am I will direct you my son.
I need 4" to 5" more height for the awning to clear the top of the door.

I finally received my cheap PC so I could now download the software for my Livernois tuner box. Originally I used a friends PC (I have a Mac) and he's since moved.Did all the updates and loaded up the MyCal with them.

I loaded to 91-93 Performance tune back on to my Ranger. I was running it for a while then switched to the soft shift tune for the last year but read that softer shifts might not be so good for the transmission. Not wanting to join Sid I figured I'd flash it back and boy what a difference. Just a quick trip around the block and it's a rocket again! ?

I was in the same place. Mac is what is used in our household.
Bought a used ruggedized PC to use FORScan.
If I get clumsy all should be good.
If and when CARB will allow Ford's performance tune for 2022 Rangers, I'll have another use for laptop PC.

It’s going to have to be something with a brace or gusset. Frankly, I’m surprised at how light duty the current bracket is. It really needs something beefy. Maybe you can repurpose something from a different application…

I just bought a cheep refurbished one just to update my tune and be able do a few tasks and take on vacation so I don't ruin my good Macbook Pro. It's been over 15 years since I had a PC so it's tough getting use to Windows again.

Christ man that is easy. Go on Amazon or if you have Tractor Supply down there and and buy a damn single row mending plate that is around 5mm thick.

Take two of those and double stack them, cut the excess off. That will give you 8mm thickness which is ridiculously strong. Bolt them on the front or rear of your L bracket.

If you need to make sure the holes line up for your awning nuts (lol?) just search "slotted mending plate" on Amazon.

Or, you could break out the meccano set like Jack suggests. ;)

Most of your post is white noise, what I need to know is where can I get the schematic for this. Looks like a tactical dikfer. No idea what it does, but I need to build and upgrade it.

Here's a great site to help those having trouble with windows.

I checked and there are lots of different topics covered.

Best of luck.. and remember, if a door closes, you can use a window. ?

Ugh. I have no luck with these LED turn signals. The right one always seems to fill up with water eventually.

That's too bad Andrew. But could be a hidden opportunity. Here is some inspiration. ?

Not gonna lie, that's kind of cool. Liquide cooled LEDs maaan.

Serious though that sucks. At least they're cheap to replace, or maybe easier to re-seal?
