Do you have access to your window sticker? It’s on the very top in the middle, it looks like 320190101, which is 01/01/2019.
Hi Folks,
I have a February Build, but how do I determine the build date? I checked all my paperwork and short of calling the dealer to check for me...is there a way I can determine if my build was after 2/11/19...I suspect it is as I do not have any severe symptoms as described in the TSB... I tried my contacts inside the company but they were not able to help me.

Looks like the fan has a mechanical clutch and an electronic ( similar to a/c compressor ) clutch also? Very surprised it doesn't have electric fan(s)...Like he said
Since you are not mechanically inclined, he means the fan is a clutch fan and is quite noisy on start up until it warms up.
Hi,Can't you refer to the FMVSS Certification sticker on the Drivers door pillar? By law it includes the vehicle build date. In the attached example, its 09/18.
Phil;Hi,
The TSB is very specific...My label has 2/19.... TSB is before 2/11/19...Month and year do not cut it for applicability.

Hi Todd,Phil;
What's your VIN? I have a buddy...
Build date: 22 Jan.Thanks!! The VIN is 1FTER4FH8KLA08879
True that^^When an OASIS report is run, during vehicle identification a symptom code needs to be entered for a TSB to appear on the report. Without it only recalls will appear.

Yes it works, I would do it since you qualify. It should take 1/2 day as they only need to apply software updates to the PCM.Truck has almost 1,000 miles on it and it shifts very rough. Even when I try to baby it it shifts hard enough to bounce my head back and forth. Not severe but enough that I wonder what the heck is going on. My build date is before 11-Feb-2019 so wondering if THIS TSB would be applicable and if you thought it would take care of the issue?
Thank you for the response, and thank you mods for merging to the appropriate location.Yes it works, I would do it since you qualify. It should take 1/2 day as they only need to apply software updates to the PCM.
