Yea, today my dealer said they don't do them as they don't get updates before customers do and it's all online now.

OP has no other post on any other threads and hasn't been back to give further information. Maybe admin should just close this one out. We have offered feedback and if this was truly a concerned member of the forum then I would think he'd be back giving us updates and there would be further...

Have you contacted FORD customer care? Sounds like the relationship w/ your local dealership/s have been broken.

I'm very happy w/ my overall avg 18.07MPG. Most of my trips over the last 2 months have been 2 lane roads 67 MPH for 53 miles and then interstate 82 MPH for 220 miles with an avg of 18.14MPG.

At 11,684 miles on my seat w/ my 300# body/frame, I feel my seat is holding up very well. No noticeable sag or wear. Don't have many passengers so no other wear and tear on other seats to note.

Mine is secured to the passenger side of the adaptive cruise control radar head.
