Hi Folks,

Here in Green Valley, we can tell it is Winter Visitor time(AKA SnowBirds) when you encounter a car heading at you on your side of a divided roadway.... We also have driverless cars....following one where the driver's head is below the headrest....looking between the dash and the steering wheel.

best,
Phil
Hey! I just drove through Green Valley on the way to Tumacacori Nat'l Monument. I would have never thought AZ was so pretty, but then again its not July.

There's a lot of beauty in the desert and it's also pretty in July...pretty HOT! ? :sun:

If you have time you should check out the Titan Missile Museum. That was one of our best tours when we were down that way.

We all U.S. have bad drivers but try going to a 3rd world country where they don't give a shit about laws, rules or whatever, bravest wins. Never had to drive in one but have been in taxis and or other motorized vehicles.

very true doug, i took a couple taxis in mexico mexico ( not the tourist mexico) and it was like demo derby in the little towns. traffic signs didnt matter. lots of honking and yelling near misses i spent the majority of the time praying for it to be over lol. The bus ride was actually better and thats bad.

I recently attended a wedding in Miami (aka The People's Republic). Holy smoke! It was like The Wild Wild West on wheels, with any space near you instantly filled with a blinged-out Benz or a Fast and Furious wannabe, all vying for top honors at the next stoplight. But I guess I got used to the breakneck pace, because when I returned to Orlando it felt like everyone was on Darvon.
