Sorry to hear that. My latest occurrence was fixed by a good cleaning. My truck was filthy and I gave it a good wash making sure I cleaned the parking sensors and the radar unit. Don't know what did it, but I no longer get the warning.UPDATE: I've looked at all the areas mentioned above, cleaned the sensors about every time I get in and out of truck, went to the car wash and to no avail.
The message (Pre-Collision Assist Not Available) comes on every time I turn the key prior to ignition. Each time it does, I get more frustrated than can be imagined. Only thing left to do is take to the dealership, which is just a pain and something that shouldn't be expected in a brand new vehicle. .
