Yeah good
good luck, 14 months on have same issue plus random parking sensors activating. In Western Australia so no ice issues, Ford have no idea and basically don’t give a rats arse, my pre collision activates randomly slowing the car by 20ks, kicks in in corners, picks up cars on the inside...
So my wildtrak X is back in again also, parking sensors and pre collision system faulting continually for the last 11 months. Been the the accc, consumer protection and now business resolutions. 16 videos, 20 odd photos and they need the car to fault while with Ford! WTF it's a sparadic fault...
Hi, different issues but have been through the buy back twice for electrical issues. Both buy backs refused as ford done see the ussue as a major fault. Parking sensors activate randomly while driving, pre collision braking activates randomly when nothing in front, hill decent turned itself off...
Hi mate, im in Western Australia but yeah experiencing delays with covid too. Car been through the process of recall now twice with Ford Au stating not a major issue so not doing anything about it, as long as foults rectified in a resonable time, its been 7 months now so not sure what reasonable...
Hi all take it this is the fault I've been trying to find out, shows on the stereo screen a car with an exclamation mark in a circle, mine showed up today, pre collision, park pilot, hill decent all turned themselves off, then this popped up on screen oh yeah an my tyre pressure sensor seems to...
Don't want them either, 6 months in and still a major fooking issue with them going off randomly. Updated software last week through dealer to alledgedly fix the issue and now they all go off together. Ford Au as much use as a chocolate fire guard
Well guys ranger had its update last week and no it knows it has front sensors and a bull bar. Something that alledgedly they couldn't tell the system before. So hopefully the sensor faults may have been resolved anyone else still facing the issue may want to check with there dealers and see if...
Hi mate, my 2019 Wildtrak X is cursed too so I feel your pain. This happened to me last week, while driving thing went into pre collision warning then as you say had pre collision assist not available. I however managed to get to the dealer and get them to take photos of the car with this...
No worries, my sensors are going off randomly while driving, Ford has no resolution for the issue and refusing to replace the vehicle under their own charter which clearly states ' if the vehicle has a fault that can not be rectified you are legally entitled to return the vehicle for a full...
So your saying that when driving any vehicle with front sensors, while your doing like 60kms they activate, turn off your stereo, your sat navigation or your phone calls when using Bluetooth connection and replace all the above with a loud high pitch constant beeeeep. Yeah righto and you think...
Hi all, just an update on the current situation. So FORD have now responded to the issue and have advised that as far a they are concerned they don't see the issue being such a great deal that they are going to warrant a replacement vehicle under the consumer rights law. Their own charter...
Hi all, I recently bought the Wildrak X and this issue occurred 2 days after purchase. On returning to the dealer ship they were fully aware of Th eissue, just decided not to mention it when selling a new $73,000au Ute. We're in WA. From what I have found out since out of the 1000 units made as...
While I appreciate u can turn them off why should you, there is a fault and ford seem to not give a flying fook. If the air bags didn't work would they advise you to turn them off. Largest car manufacturer in the world and they cant fix a parking sensor, yeah righto
Morning all, same issue here anyone got anywhere with ford ? Being told waiting for software updates but no dates for this. Annoying as hell on 2 week old car. In Australia so cant imagine the cold is making them fault ??
