Before you start putting solvents on your paint try a clay bar. Make sure you use the recommended spray such a a detailing spray or soapy car wash. I have used this successfully in the past to remove some paint speckles from my car when it was parked near a building being painted on a windy day.

Looks like you have lane keeping assist on. Push the button on the end of the turn signal stalk to toggle on/off.
