I know this is a long shot but has anyone else experienced issues with oz tuning? My truck has been acting so damn weird. I had tps sensor faults, spark knock from what it sounds like to me and just poor performance. The truck fell flat on its face the other day taking off from a light. I have no codes and otherwise no clue what is happening. I have sent logs to oz tuning and haven’t had the best experience with the customer service. I took the tune off and no longer have spark knock. The truck does feel extremely sluggish but as far as I remember that could just be the stock tune. The tps sensor fault also went away which has me questioning everything. I am kind of lost because I don’t want to be out 600$ for the tune but I can’t seem to get anyone that wants to help at oz tuning.

They are really this uncommon in the forum community? Seem to be a really popular choice on the Facebook group.

Do a forum search. I've seen OZ pop up more than once. I think the guy with the blue ranger who went big turbo and made 440whp was tuned by OZ. My only advice is to try to get your money back and go with a different tuner like Unleashed.

NVM, it was ZFG tuning who tuned the 440whp blue ranger..

thanks man. Trying to find someone who tunes with the RTD device through hp tuners. I doubt they will refund my money when they are just blaming me for the issues.
Find a local tuner you trust who can tune the HPTuners device. You'll get a real custom tune out of it.

Sounds like you're on the coast from your profession. If you wanna drive to Colorado you can give Harvey a shot. He's been tuning subies and EBs for decades.

Check out The Boost Creep LTD, in Longmont Colorado.

Did you ever gain any progress in fixing this issue?

I had similar issues with the Oz tune. Random detonation and weird issues only with the Oz tune. Ken was no help really. He basically told me I was hearing the fuel pump. I've been into drag racing for 30 plus yrs and know what detonation sounds like, it was just hard to capture as it was Random and might not do it for a couple weeks. I gave up and ended up selling the truck. I would never go with Oz Tuning on my new truck. Poor customer service experience for me.
