We've already informed Morimoto that we'll be purchasing a pallet of these headlights to make sure that everyone that wants a set, gets a set! It's going to take a bit longer than we would've liked, but they'll be worth the wait!

**** UPDATE ****

Per my conversation with Morimoto this afternoon, pre-ordering should commence in May. Still longer than any of us had hoped for, but progress.

On my Jeep when I switched to some JW Speaker LEDs, I had significant ice/snow-over problems. On the trip from Denver to Summit County to ski, I’d sometimes have to stop at different points to brush off/scrape off snow and ice in snowy conditions since the LEDs put off zero heat. Do these have some sort of heat output/element to keep that from happening? I was really close to ditching those on the Wrangler for some Trucklite heated ones but sold it off before swapping...

The LED headlights do produce some heat, but definitely not as much as the older halogen or HID style headlights. And Morimoto has historically never offered a heating element as an option. We're still waiting on final details, pictures, etc for the new Ranger headlights. We'll post everything we can once they release more details.

One thing I have yet to see posted anywhere on these is the beam pattern/cutoff. The cutoff on the OEM Lariat LEDs is pretty bad.
