That looks good! Are those stock sized tires?Just picked up my truck today after getting the Ford Performance Level kit installed by the dealer and while I only drove it a short distance home the difference in the ride is very noticeable. Ford even let me use my Ford Pass points to cover some of the cost. I think this upgrade was well worth what I paid. Can't wait to get it on the trails.

I wonder as well if you could go taller. What causes more of the clearance problems for rubbing, would it be the height growing more or the width growing more on the stock rims? Would assume wider tire would cause more issue? If went with a 255/80 which is 33.1 tall but only 10 inch wide, wonder if be no rubbing? Any inputs greatly appreciated! These are 255/75 17s. Could probably go a little taller with the level kit but I think these are about perfect for the Ranger.
https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/thre...eling-kit-wheels-tires.3273/page-2#post-61910There is someone who put 255/80s on a stock truck somewhere on the forum. Don't recall if he had to modify the crash bars but that would be my only concern with that size.
Going taller is the issue. The tires contact the intrusion beams in front of and behind the tire assembly. Wider isn't that much of a factor as long as you have the proper offest or backspace to clear the suspension parts.I wonder as well if you could go taller. I just popped mine out today. I'll let you know how hard they are to repairA tip from the dealer: half shafts are apparently pressed into the hub assembly and it is very easy to destroy the bearing assembly inside the boot if you start tugging on it and it hasn't been fully pressed out.
Not like the old days when you removed a castle nut and everything slid out easily.
