No. There is no officially released update for v3.2/v3.3 -> v3.4 as of yet. So, a dealer should not do that.
Yea, today my dealer said they don't do them as they don't get updates before customers do and it's all online now.

Have you tried to do a master reset from the sync menu? Doing that fixed an issue I was having after updating to 3.4

I have the 3.4 20021 version. Nav is inoperable. Everything else seems to be ok ...No ambient lighting but i never had that working anyway
Thanks.. Nope, NAv is not operable. Just get an error. I started having trouble with the Nav today when I tried to put voice instructions. Find a poI it would freeze or just go away. That's why I decided to try and do this update. Nav is completely broke now. I already scheduled a meeting with Ford on the original nav problem. Going to be interesting to see what they say

Nice visual overhaul where you can select different backgrounds. Beautiful night mode. A few new settings I havenā€™t seen before. Iā€™m able to check for system updates over the cars LTE connection and I donā€™t have the paid cell plan. Donā€™t remember that being possible on 3.3. Tells me Iā€™m up to date with a timestamp of the last check. Everything works: Bluetooth, radio, climate control, CarPlay, Sirius XM, ... have

I like the visual overhaul. Night mode is gorgeous. Feels snappier. No annoying pop-ups when I plug in car play. Iā€™m able to check for updates over the internal LTE system while I donā€™t have a paid data plan. Donā€™t remember that being possible on 3.3. A few new settings I need to look into. Everything works so far: Bluetooth, FordPass, CarPlay, Sirius XM, maps etc. No crashes or issues so far. System updates tells me Iā€™m up to date.

Let me know if you want to see more photos or test any specific features.

Just completed the update then ran the factory reset. My mobile hotspot isn't showing up, but all the info shows just as in your pic. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Just ran this and the only issues I had were user error and had to fight with the ford pass app for a min. But so far so good, Thanks for all the info.

Historically, this means you don't have the nav voice data installed.
How do you install it? I have tried a number of files and folders always gets error although I am on 3.4 20021 Without NAV

I just downloaded the two files from https://cyanlabs.net/tutorials/update-ford-sync-3-2-2-3-0-to-version-3-4-all-years-3-4-19200/ as I imagine you did. Plugged in the first drive then when prompted the second. As soon as it finished I ran the factory reset. Removed the vehicle from Ford pass and readded it. I am missing the climate control options on the radio but that's not a big deal since I already only used the buttons. I don't know how to help resolve any errors, but will be buying an odb2 adapter so I can fix the climate control with forscan.

This is what I have after installing the file from Cyan Labs and the guide to help. No love for NAV.

Did you get an older file? Should be 20021 if you downloaded the latest file

I had 20021 and their instructions said in order to get into factory mode you have to go back to an earlier version which is what I'm doing now. I have the first USB ready to go and am extracting the Base Cyan labs file to the second USB. I cannot tell if its voice data thats missing or something else.

That was only if you had the 19274. And it was for the reformat tool.

Try downloading the 20021 file and booting to that. Unless someone else has something alternate.
