What is up with people and the holidays? Last year someone parked right up against my truck. Yesterday I came out of Sam's Club to this. Note where the cart coral is.
perhaps they were so awed by your parking skills that they lost their train of thought

You wanna hear lazy? I was fueling up my company truck many moons ago and a slightly older couple pulled up to the adjacent fuel island. While the guy got out to get gas, the woman opened her door and emptied the ash tray/trash container right on the ground without even getting out. The trash can was about 15' away! I about blew a gasket. They heard from me.

This is my old F150 that my father-in-law still drives.

It looks worse now now than when I had it 20 years ago, but not much worse.

NOBODY ever parked next to it because they KNEW you didn't care.

It was about as WalMart proof as you can get.

It was and still is a great old truck.

300 inline 6, 4 speed manual with granny first, 4x4, and dual fuel tanks (it needed them!).

Not pretty but as reliable as the sun as there was not a whole lot to go wrong.

That reminds me of a time I took that very truck to a rock quarry for a load of gravel.

Weighed going in: Around 4300lbs

Drove to the back for gravel and the loader operator drops half a scoop into the bed.

I asked for the whole scoop.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes!"

Dumps the whole scoop.

Truck settles nicely.

Go to weigh again: 7100lbs! Almost 3000lbs of gravel!

Drove it home (very slowly) with no issues and it sure did ride nice. :sunglasses:

I park at the very end of the lot and am always surprised by how many carts are just left in the parking lot. I feel like the extra 30 steps would not have killed them and likely would have helped their health. What really gets me is when the wind kicks up and those loose carts become denters on a roll!!! I literally caught one inches from denting my wife's Honda one time...so frustrating...

What really got me was there are 6 parking spots between the corals. They were 2 spaces from the other cor.al

Drive any well traveled highway and the amount of trash all over tells you a lot what inconsiderate slothful disgusting low life swine many people are.

I don't even have to travel a highway - we get all sorts of trash discarded on our DRIVEWAY (we live on a connector road that gets increasing traffic)

Most people just suck.....

Seriously, littering is one of my biggest pet peeves - like "where in the hell do you think that is going to go?"

I live in a resort area and clean the tree belt about three times a year. The #1 thing they toss are nip bottles. I get around 20 per year, mostly during the offseason. That means it's the locals, not the tourists.
