I just dropped mine off at Ford, and they told me 329 to do a fluid flush but then the called and said this vehicle has no way to hook up to do a flush (10 Speed Transmission) and said they would have to drop the pan and replace the filter and fluid at a cost of over $700. Does this sound right...

I cannot remember how I did mine, but I was worried I would have trouble but yet, somehow, I got it right back on...weird design if you ask me.

I do not have a way to check that so I am just not sure...I have read a little about Forscan but that is it.

I was not thinking every time just when electronics remained turned down even after charging...I truly thought it would reset itself after charging but after seeing my battery at 95% and my passenger door locks were off, well...I reset it.

Maybe but when your electronics are turned off when the battery is nearly 100% there must be another answer?

So, what I have observed on this forum is that the Rager Lariat is a battery sucker. I charge mine at least twice over the summer and as much as six times over the winter...less driving and the cold. I use a charger that disulfates the battery and my first battery lasted 7 years and actually...

What I have assessed from all the posts here and with my own truck is that at least the Lariats have so many electronics that draw down the batter even when not used...if I go out of town for any longer than a week, I just hook up the charger or all the power savers will be activated when I get...

So, I am new...where do these EGR valves reside? I am sure under the hood but a little closer please. Also, I have 56,000 miles and have to my knowledge never had it changed nor am I experiencing any performance issues. Am I just lucky? Thanks in advance, Jim
