I mean he sounds like a straight up honest fellow, but if I ran a business my product would be the responsibility of the end user. His approach is unique as every other similar product company warns the customer if a product will pass emissions or is EPA rubber stamped.
I just don't get why he is acting on behalf of the government of CA and refusing resident's there business with his product.
I understand companies won't send 11+ capacity gun magazines there, but that is because mere possession is illegal. That is different then sending a non EPA compliant car part. Use of it may be illegal, but no possession.
Or am I missing something obvious?
