The two dealers I have talked to refused to do anything about it. They didn't even care about the Blackstone report. Ford Customer Service told me they wouldn't do anything for me either.
Did they give any feedback at all?

I noticed you are in Tennessee too. Please post if your dealer actually does anything about your complaint.

I'll update with how it goes. When I booked the appointment my problem statement was just "my engine appears to be making it's own oil". Will see how they approach it from there.

Am at my Ford dealer where I bought the truck. Service manager said he'd never heard of fuel in oil. I had him come smell. He got the big 50 cent eyeball look, and went and got HIS manager. That guy says it smells odd, but wouldn't agree it's gas smell.

We're doing an oil change now and they're babysitting the tech so they can measure volume and look for anomalies.

Also showed them this thread...guy says wow! 140+ pages on this topic? I'm not reading all that...

Pray for us...

He brought me the filter. It smells funny, like gas to me, but not to him. Tried a cute trick of lighting the filter on fire, because gas fumes will light, but no go. Like I said, cute trick to mollify me.
Reports normal volume of oil drained from truck, so there's that.
Refilling now and away I'll go...

Any ideas or suggestions?

What was the level on dipstick like before they touched it?

If the oil level is not rising above the top hole on the dipstick I wouldn't worry about it.

Have you actually had a fuel analysis done yet? Couple things on this topic to keep in mind. If your truck is brand new the oil has smelled funny for a bunch of us on the initial oil change but been mostly normal after that. The fuel smell doesn’t seem to perfectly correspond to a specific level of oil dilution.

With a DI engine there will be some fuel dilution. A small amount isn’t anything to be concerned about. The 2% factor that black stone uses is also not something carved in stone for this specific engine. It is just a figure that takes into account averages across a range of engines that black stone has tested including non DI turbo engines from what I gather.

Get an actual oil analysis done if you’re concerned. There’s simply nothing you can tell 100% from the smell or a small rise on the dipstick. When reading the results just keep in mind all these turbo charged vehicles expect to see some fuel dilution.

Have 1900 miles on my 21 Tremor and have appointment next Wednesday for fuel in oil. When I bought the truck in November the oil was at max fill hole in dipstick. Currently 1/4 to 3/8 inch above max fill hole.

Hopefully they will diagnose and resolve the issue. Assuming leaky injectors and/or leaky hpfp.
Give it time to break in,exactly what mine did, dont baby it around, put it in sport mode and take it to 5500-6000 rpm’s
of course after the engine has warmed up

Well, back from the service visit. While the dealer agrees the oil level is high based on the owners manual, they had to preauthorize any work under warranty. Pre-approval request to Ford was met with a revised way to check the engine oil. Run engine and shutoff. Immediately check oil level before oil drains back down completely to get accurate reading. I requested revised documentation from Ford on that, but know that I won't get any. Not my first rodeo with Ford.

Anyway, going to change the oil and send off my Blackstone sample to see just what percentage of fuel is in the oil. I rarely keep a vehicle longer than the warranty period, so I'm not gonna sweat it.

What a laugher anybody knows it takes awhile for the oil to drain down to the pan to get an accurate reading. Sounds like another way to dodge the issue to me!

After driving home two hours, I checked the next morning. Level was between the hash marks and top hole. After sitting overnight, my level is always consistent, not rising, and stays below the top hole. I'm calling it good, but will keep watch.
Oil rising from fuel is only temporary. Once you get the oil hot for long enough the fuel will evaporate off. It does leave contaminates and such. if it was not for fuel and blow by we would never have to change the oil. I would think the more contaminated truck were the ones that drive shorter distances.
