He looked at me with his dumb millennial face and stammered out "Yeah, I don't know what that is."
LOL, that's exactly what this kid says! My crewleader said something to him one day, about how green he is and he said, "Yea, I don't understand that phrase...." My crewleader said, you're absolutely hopeless!

I said something to him earlier today and he looked at his watch and said something about the time. I said, wth are you talking about? He started saying something about what I said, had to do with the time and I said, the hell it did! I ask him all the time, "Are you alright?" "You OK?" and he answers it truthfully everytime, LOL!

And he's extremely open with everyone about his "hobbies", like his addition to watching anime pornography and in a "club" full of men, that discuss it.... You should've seen how everyone reacted to that and he's 100% fine with it, like it's a normal thing yall....

Yeah, but like ten years after his career did. ?
LOL! He had a career? Was it comedy, because he wasn't funny? I always thought he worked at Mc'Dowell's and his boss was one of the bad guys from Die Hard 2?

I'm thinking triples. One rooftop, one rear of tonneau, one for a chon spoiler.

There are a lot of hidden gems when you zoom in on that one.

I think one of the best is the Super Duty bumper and hitch.
You are right about the bumper!!! Hahaha!!!!!

When we unload empties after a route the bottles go right into the plant to be washed/sterilized. The scene upon entry looks like this, just milk bottles instead of beer bottles...

11558389_6.jpg

I came in feeling froggy one morning singing...

"One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight
Shlemiel, schlemazel, hasenpfeffer incorporated
We're gonna do it..."

Got some odd looks from the plant dudes and I tried to explain to one of them, "you know, Laverne & Shirley, they worked at the bottling plant?"

He looked at me with his dumb millennial face and stammered out "Yeah, I don't know what that is."

I just walked away.
This happens to me all the time at work. I don't talk much with the guys my age (mid 20's) I like to kick the bucket with the old guys, in fact I'm the youngest on my team by 20 years I'm a metrologist at a manufacturing plant. But I'm interested and ask em what the hell are they talking about and they enjoy getting to explain things to me as I listen, I see it on their faces like they're reliving the memories. It's simple and makes a difference. The real problem with my generation is a lack of technical skills like machining. Everyone wants to be an engineer and when they hear the word manufacturing they gag and think it's nasty. Bunch of sissy's. I was a machinist then got a 2 year degree in manufacturing which was machining, designing 3d models and blueprints, and programming machines. Now I'm finishing my mechanical engineering degree and that background makes a heck of a difference. Glad I got to grow up with my grandpa before he passed away. He taught me how to drive his Tacoma at the age of 9 by putting a phone book and a cushion on the driver seat and said Danny boy take me to the local town store for a snicker bar and a coca cola. When we got back I hooked up the boat to the truck, drove it down to the lake, and reversed it into the water, parked the truck and trailer, and learned how to drive the boat then fishing. Don't let me tell you the hunting stories.

For sure.

It's sad when I have to explain to 20 something yearold dudes that you check the oil before you start the truck and check the ATF after it's warmed up.

@Zeroedin What bug deflector is that on your Ranger?
It’s the AVS Aeroskin (textured matte black), I guess what I’d refer to as “Version 1”. The v2 has a raised deflector across the top.

They’re kinda hard to find under the AVS brand, but Ford sells them as OEM equipment/accessories….so if you look at the dealerships with a big online presence they’re still floating around out there.

A quick email to AVS and they sent me a few of there emblems to put on it, lol.
