Some of the other CAIs are an integrated one-piece solution (lid, box, and air scoop). Mishimoto does this and their air scoop is wider than the OEM scoop. The aFe Power Magnum scoop is also much wider and designed to snap into the OEM air box. Because the OEM air box is retained with the Roush CAI, it’s a great pairing.

Maybe Roush is reluctant to talk about the aFe scoop because they compete with them in the CAI space.

People have told me that I should've used different wheels, but guess what, it's not their truck, not their decision and definitely not their money, so their opinion doesn't matter one bit to me! I do appreciate everyone that has complimented my truck though! But, I do not go to other members builds and tell them they should've done this, instead of that.

I wish everybody felt this way. Not just about their truck, but all aspects of life.

I probably come off a little douchey sometimes when discussing others' build choices. I don't mean to, but I ask a lot questions trying understand the reasoning. I should work on that.

There's this 19 year old kid that started at my job about 4 months ago and everyone's just joking with him and poking fun at him and he doesn't understand any of it and said today, that so and so hated him and he didn't know why and I said, well, there's a lot of people that don't like me and guess what? I'm thinking triples. One rooftop, one rear of tonneau, one for a chon spoiler.

There are a lot of hidden gems when you zoom in on that one.

I think one of the best is the Super Duty bumper and hitch.

There's this 19 year old kid that started at my job about 4 months ago and everyone's just joking with him and poking fun at him and he doesn't understand any of it and said today, that so and so hated him and he didn't know why and I said, well, there's a lot of people that don't like me and guess what? I don't give a shit what others think about me! Of course, I'm almost 50 years old too!

I herd cats for a living, really I help manage a bunch of milkmen. And as a part of that, I train quite a few younger dudes. I really do think it's a generational thing.

It's as if these folks are so coddled that they don't understand how to lump in with a group of strangers, feel the situation out, take some shit, and eventually dish some back out.

Even harder when you drop them in a testosterone rich environment. It's sad bit I think America has shipped it's production of men somewhere overseas.

Earlier today, I said, damn, Meatloaf died today... He said meatloaf is disgusting, it should stay dead... I said WTF are you talking about? He said, meatloaf upsets my stomach. I said, Meatloaf's a singer dummy!

When we unload empties after a route the bottles go right into the plant to be washed/sterilized. The scene upon entry looks like this, just milk bottles instead of beer bottles...

I came in feeling froggy one morning singing...

"One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight
Shlemiel, schlemazel, hasenpfeffer incorporated
We're gonna do it..."

Got some odd looks from the plant dudes and I tried to explain to one of them, "you know, Laverne & Shirley, they worked at the bottling plant?"

He looked at me with his dumb millennial face and stammered out "Yeah, I don't know what that is."

I just walked away.
