Lawyer tomorrow.

I just want this truck gone as soon as possible.
Been there / done that. THAT is how I ended up with a Ford / Ranger.

Sooooo when I hear stories like yours, and with Ford (and trust me, I NEVER thought I’d own a Ford, but….. so far, 2,500mi, it has been fine, well the “deleted items” off my “top of the line” LARIAT / TREMOR -501A Package 2022 does piss me off a bit) it makes me sick, and every time I press the ignition start “button” (yes I have that!) I hold my breath.

I understand your frustration, but must you keep using such words to describe your Ranger? On a Ranger forum? Where most people are very happy with their Ranger? I want to see this to the end, but you are making it hard by all the trash talk.
Has the Fucking battery ever been replaced? That's the first fucking part I would parts chase. Dammit! I don't give a fuck if they tested it and said it was good. Put a new fucking battery in and if it doesn't work, take it the fuck out!
No the OP is just fine. He’s got a lemon, a POS. Having dealt with a similar situation, and now being a Ranger owner, I’m happy (though sad for the OP) to hear about potential issues.

This thread is really hard to swallow as I have been really lucky with my Ranger.
I work it, 4x4 it in the mountains, and daily drive it - "with a smile on my Face"
I hope those having issues find a resolve and enjoy their Ranger as they should.
I just bought a Bronco Sport for my wife and we just got back from a long mountain trip and it was great on and off road.
It is not raining on our Ford parade - so -

You know you HAVE TO get rid of that truck. It will NEVER be right, reliable. Sorry to say.
Just curious why you think it can't be fixed? It's a network issue and I'm betting there is only one real problem causing OP's issue. The problem is going to be able to find a Tech that knows how to trouble shoot these kind of problems.

OP ask Ford if you found someone who specializes in automotive network diag if they would refund you the money since your under warranty still. It's fixable your just going to need a tech with the knowledge for these kind of problems.

The truck is NOT unfixable. Codes are GOOD. It's intermittent problems that DON'T set codes that are hell on earth. You need a different shop.

Thanks again all. Just understand the frustration. I have to borrow my GF's car when this thing craps itself. I had planned a 2nd opinion and now I can't get it there so I am stuck going to the same dealer just to get it to run to get to the 2nd opinion.

Truck is all stock short of a LED tremor 4 light grill bar I bought from stage 3.

This whole debacle reminds of the time I worked as a mechanic at a New Holland (formerly Ford) tractor dealership. I was far from perfect, but was a damn good mechanic. We had a run of issues on not only new tractors, but new skid loaders. This was mid 90's. There were numerous intermittent electronic glitches. Skid loaders would pop up an error code and not operate until cleared, only to pop up again. The big tractors with sophisticated electronically controlled transmissions would operate sporatically.
After all the more experienced mechanics either left or gave up, they asked me to take a look at a troublesome tractor. I remembered something I had learned at a New Holland training seminar in Kansas about using proper probes when checking signals in the electrical connectors, which had up to 20+ connections in one. Sort of a cannon plug.
I discovered that other mechanics were using DVM probes that were too big and spreading the female connections, creating intermittent opens.
I was a fucking unsung hero. The results cascaded through the dealership repair schedule and back to New Holland. With no recognition to me. I didn't care, I realized the end results with customers was so important, and the lack of factory training of other mechanics, took priority.

THIS - 1000% this - You just need a good diagnostic tech and I'm almost positive all the issues will go away. It is probably something REALLY stupid and REALLY cheap to fix I'll bet.

TOTALLY agree. Another appropriate use of caps lock.

Just wondering how does the light bar get power? If you take power from the lights will restore the network? Just spit balling since I'm halfway across the country ? but worth a try.

i promise im not being an a hole with this but-
the lightbar grill. who installed it? how was it installed?
i ask not that i think that is really the issue but if i was pretending to be a mechanic or ford tech that is likely where i would start my digging is anything that is on the truck that is not as it left the ford line. ESP something that deals with electric connections. assuming when it left ford it was "working". due to the transmission fluid thing i do have my doubts on what ford thinks is working or not lol.
