Yes I have RTR 0+ on 285s.

You will need to either replace, cut, modify your bars.

I had a 2" level and 2" spacers on factory sport wheels prior to getting my RTR wheels and eibach suspension. This gave me an offset of +4 on factory wheels and they had to go.

Edit: Hmm 30+ ? I dunno you might be ok.

Pic from almost 3 years ago and pic from this week. (same tires 285/70/17 Toyo OC2)

Thank you. I've gone through many changes to the vinyl graphics while I learned to work with it.

If I could tell one newbie something, don't skimp on some good knifeless tape!

I run a 9.5 inch wheel. But using my stock Bridgestone 265/60/18. Will go bigger when I get some wear on these. Still less than 5k miles.

Only if you promise nothing but good reviews!
Funny you should be mentioning that. I got a solicitation from a forum sponsor who wanted to send me some product for review. I made it very clear I would be happy to take a look, but there is always a real chance I won't like it and I would say so, sometimes in an often not so candy coated and blunt fashion. The rep was super respectful and didn't hesitate to tell me he wouldn't want it any other way.

Stuff should be here sometime this week so I'll get to it when I can.

Dunno if I will do a written review or a video review. I've done neither and my ugly face may break peoples monitors or off-put them from the product if I do a video. This is a first for me.

Running RTR +30 offset wheels with 285/70/17. I have both front and rear crash bars removed and I have a ton of room with no rubbing. Considering going up to 285/75/17 or 295/70/17.
Fox 2.0 Coilover tuned by Ford with Camburg UCA.

Those are 31.5" tall. The fore and aft crash bars will need to be replaced with the after market ones (or just cut them off... not recommended). With said modification, I'm running 31.9" wheels/tire combo with no issue (trivial rubbing on extreme L/R turns). Even bought a 5th wheel & tire to use as a spare and it fits the spare tire well without issue. Note: if you are going to do a 5th wheel as a spare, and it is the stock 18" wheel, the center bore is not big enough for the "T" lift to fit for lifting... accommodations will need to be made.

PS:depending on your off-set on 9" wide wheels... rubbing could be more or less than mine which are also 9" with if I recall are 25mm off-set. Stock 18" wheels are an 55mm off-set.

Just a heads up.

It's the width that gets you into the crash bars not the height.

My 33"s reside on stock wheels and all crashbars are intact because they're skinny.

As stock wheels are 55mm off-set AND 8" wide, they are tucked in toward the frame more, so outside edge swings in a smaller arch relative to the crash bars. Guessing if I had gotten the larger off-set version of the wheels (say 40mm vs the 25mm I have) clearance of the crash bars would not have been as much of an issue. To be sure the extra 1" width did not help any. Can't say which is the bigger influence on rubbing.

It's totally the width.

285s won't fit stock wheels. They'll rub on UCA/knuckle. Move the wheel out to get away from the suspension and the bars get in the way.

Height will put you closer to the bars for sure. But at the tire height most of here run, 33" and below, it's really the width and wheel offset that gets you.

They will on 17-in wheels but not on 18 in.

It also varies for manufacture to manufacture but my toyo 285s came on the truck when I bought it with stock wheels and they worked but clearance was paper thin.

Edit sorry I forgot the truck also came with 2 in lift spacers originally as well that may have given it just enough height to clear.
