Hey all. New guy here. Got a 2019 Ranger stx 4x4. Open diff rear unfortunately. Looking to upgrade the suspension, wheels. Mostly drive around construction sites. Might look into doing some off roading though. Any advice you can give appreciated.

Welcome.
This site is full of advice, for sure.
Also full of people willing to help you see that you needed so much more than you ever knew existed for your new ride.
Good luck with that! ;)

in case you didn't know, it's not what tires and suspension you run. It's what side of the damper debate you stand so choose wisely

Thanks everyone. I'll have to look into this damper thing.

I'm looking at maybe getting a locking diff installed. Harrops rep says they have one compatable. Debating if it's worth the price though.

welcome, nice truck! do not let the open diffs deter you. the rangers fancy braking system really works wonders off road. i would say the single wheel braking system is up to 90% of what most folks will want to do off road. I have barely ever had to use the diff lock and honestly did not really need it. silver is a great color on the rangers

If I may offer an opinion....
Ride the tires you have until you just can't stand it anymore. Meanwhile, upgrade the shocks that nearly all of us complain about and save up for the decent replacement tires and possibly wheels. There's lots of things you can do to your truck for very little money to make it "yours" without blowing good money to replace nearly brand new tires.
Tires are expensive!

Thus endeth the opinion that you didn't really ask for.
