There are always wear items that will likely fail so expect them. If/when the transmission fails it's around six grand to replace though you'll get (should get) an updated one. So factor the $$$ into keeping or selling. Other issues to be wary of are potential rusting in of the spark plugs (snap! = new cylinder head cha-ching) and the destruction of the electric engine fan wiring due to the oddball rubber hose support Ford slapped in there.
I gad my AC vent box replaced as a warranty item at the beginning of summer this year and I bought the Ford ESP because of the potential trans failure. I may have the dealer do my plugs but I'm going to change the electric fan harness support update others on the forum have done. I hope the dealership is familiar with the potential spark plug getting stuck in the head issue and has a procedure.
I've got 50K miles on my 2019 and hope to go beyond 200K.
