You can feel it hanging off the back but it’s not bad at 55-65 mph, getting 12 mpg and the redarc brake controller works awesome.

I'm thinking you need to lower the front of the trailer a bit....it seems to be nose high and from your statement indicating you can "feel it hanging" might mean its a bit heavy in the rear of the trailer.....not enough weight up front or simply a matter of not lowering the front/hitch.
Your running a weight distributing set up....might I suggest you lower the hitch head on your shank several inches....if the shank won't allow lowering you might need a longer shank.
