I have only put about 1,900 miles on mine since I picked it up in September. I'm not sure I'd even use a warranty knowing what kind of work dealerships do. Hell, my bumper is far off-center but I'll just do it myself.

I suppose if it was a big ticket item, I'd take it in and then sell it. I got rid of my wife's Subaru days after they had a valve spring recall. I knew how much had to come apart as well as the quality of work I'd get... Turns out, I was right and many oil pick-up tubes got clogged after the recall. I've actually been called in to a Subaru dealership to put a tune on a car with an unknown tune. After the car would not run right, I troubleshot it down to a bad fuel pressure regulator. The tech was clueless...

No problems until 59640 miles - 2020 built in Dec 2020. The transmission failed, being replaced under power train warranty. Took it in on Tuesday and suppose to be back to me next Tuesday.

My '22 XLT Crew, only time back to dealer was the windshield recall. I will be taking it back in the next few weeks to investigate what the consensus here from people who have been there and done that is likely some amount of transmission work, hopefully under warranty.

Worrying to see a 50/50 split. Apart from rear headrests recall, so far so good at 17k. As someone else said, only 83k to go until the transmission dies.
I only made it to 59640. In shop now for Transmission replacement

• Roush Fender Vents were warped & replaced.
• Key Fob Replacement - neither key would spring open.

It's about to go in for...
• Rear DS Window - excessive sloppy motion,,,
• DS Seat Belt Winder - too weak to retract the seat belt,,,
• Interior Trim - Shifter Console Plate - discolored black plastic.

Can't believe I've missed this thread. Mine has spent quite a bit of time in for warranty repairs.
At 500mi wrench light came on went into limp mode knock sensor was out took a week to get it back. Spent 2 weeks there with just over a 1000 mi for bad hesitation. Went back at 15,000 for driver's door seal. Went in again at 26k for battery. Back again at 27k for defective O2 sensor. Waiting to see what's next! But had a buddy that lost an engine in a Colorado with less than 27k. Traded it in he didn't want to wait 3 mos for repairs.

It was under warranty, dealer had it in their shop, gave him full trade value as gm was paying for the repairs.

Wishing I was retired
2021 STX 4x4, 30,769 miles. Only issue was cracking on parking brake boot. Cheap vinyl the dealer replaced under warranty. You can see it doesn’t get too many miles a year but has been great for hauling what I need.

Just read this. Have you tried pulling the seatbelt out all the way? If It has a twist in it it will stick in the retractor.
