How many people had to take it back for warranty repairs?

I can't remember how many miles I had on the truck, but it wasn't many... truck was just a few months old (keep in mind I put less than 4,500 miles on a year, so it was probably only a couple hundred miles on it). Truck left me sit on side of road about 3 miles from my house, the day the remnants of a hurricane passed over, so we were having torrential downfall for hours. Long story short, it was the serpentine belt had a half moon shape knick in the outer edge of the belt. Service manager didn't think it was from a critter, it was too perfect in shape. Was covered under warranty. The worst part was I tried to use Ford's Roadside Assistance, what a nightmare that was. I have a thread on the forum about it what I went through. I sat at least 4 hours along the road.

Only other thing, is I have appt next month to get hood alignment fixed and possibly driver's side rear door alignment at bottom corner (which isn't real noticeable so not sure I want them to try and mess with it, will see how knowledgeable they seem).

Yeah they told me it would be month before they could do the windshield recall on mine. Seems fine so I’ll most likely leave it. I would have had it done if they had gotten me in in a reasonable time frame but as of not I’m not going to worry about it.

2019 with around 30k on the ticker. Only thing I've brought mine in for outside of regular oil changes was to have the TSB for the jerkiness after starting on cold mornings. So just a software thing, honestly.

Warranty battery replacement at 24 months / 14k miles. Also have the e-brake fabric on order. Other than that no issues. Just got the 5yr/75k mile extended warranty for free so thats a bit less to worry about going forward.

a TSB for the trans shifting and eibachs crapped out after 5000 miles don't get me going on the crappy stock bridgestones and buying the trim piece ford refuses to put around the ignition. so far so good at 42k just 50k until the trans dies

I have only had to take if back to replace the left front parking light bulb and the left rear brake light bulb. All recalls have been completed.

I have a 2022; Blend 9/22, Purchased 10/14 with 6500 miles on it now. Haven't shaken any issues out of it yet. Mine was built very well with no fitment issues.

That said I am posting this whilst knocking on my wooden end table.

I think what would be more interesting would be a breakdown of warranty issues based on severity - like:

• I've had zero warranty issues
• I've only had to take it in for recalls
• I've had only one minor warranty issues
• I've had a few minor warranty issues
• I've had one or more significant/major warranty issues

Things like a leaking mirror light, a torn weatherstrip, replacing the parking brake boot aren't all that big a deal. If you hve things like driveshaft replacements, or serious mechanical issues, those are the ones you'd want to know about, IMO.

I had to take it in once. I had the lower driver's door and passenger door window trim replaced due to fading, and the upper driver's front and driver's rear corner roof rail trim replaced due to paint flaking.

Is the replacement boot Redline or Ford? Wondering if they changed the design.
