Looks like you can get a full-body workout on this machine.

hopefully! I hate gym and people so if I can do some workout at home...!
My gym was shut down from Covid on 03/18/20 so I set up a home workout program not knowing when the gym would open again. I had planned to go back then but never did because I like the home program better. More convenient and safer than parking at the gym where they were breaking into cars and targeted my truck one afternoon:

Also get a better cardio routine with the home plan.

1. Bought a work-out bench and dumbbells from Amazon. Used the backpack with weight in it to do stair climbs but discontinued that exercise later on to spend more time on the bike which is basically a duplicate of that exercise.

2. Went online and found some body exercises that were developed to substitute body weight for gym weights and increase strength. Selected the ones needed to use in addition to the weights to get an all around workout.

3. Ride the bike for additional work on the thighs and calf's.

I have a feeling it takes more energy to put on the workout sweats than push the buttons.
Now we know where he does all his posting from. I'm just surprised that huge divot in the back isn't in the seat.:shock:

So being new to the 4x4 club, in conditions like that, do you just see how it goes in 2 High first and then use 4 High if it's slipping? Or do you just put it in 4 High and go?

I drove it to the DVM and renewed the tags for another year, over $600/yr for this thing. Granted that is for weighted tags at 12,000 lbs.
OUCH !!!!
Here in Va Ranger and Subi Outback for TWO YEARS is $110 each.....total $220....
And we can renew on line.....

Hi Fred - I just leave it in 2H on straightaways like this, with limited snow cover. If the snow was deeper and I could feel the tires plowing through it, I might put it in 4H out of peace of mind. If the road had sharper turns and I could feel the back end getting loose, I’d definitely have it in 4H. 2H works most of the time - just never brake hard or accelerate hard in these conditions. Also, 4H isn‘t going to keep you out of the ditch if you cross that snow covered centre line to pass a slower driver. Sure, you might get over to pass but when you come back into your lane at that higher speed you gained to pass the person with, that little strip of slushy snow will spin you like a top as soon as you try to get back over in your lane.

Play around in an empty parking lot and you’ll get a feel for when it’s loose.

Where I start off (in town), it‘s usually not covered in snow, so I always start out in 2H.

Be safe out there.

Luc,
I noticed that the brand (Marcy) of your machine is the same as an old Marcy stationary bike that I have but don't use because I bike outside instead. I like your machine and looked at some reviews on Walmart. Some say that the instructions are not clear for assembly...let me know how this went and if you like how the machine works...I'm considering getting it to add to my home gym. Thanks

If an exercise bike was that close to my recliner it would have an attachment like a TV tray for a plate and a cup holder.
