Thanks Duke! So, the ready lift high clearance bars are going in as we speak. also having the right rear brake fixed - again lol. I figured if it was already going to the shop id let the pros put up with removing the stock bars.

so when I get the truck back it will have the 2.5 lift all around from the Bilsteins and leaf pack, the ready lift high clearance crash bars and stock sport 17 wheels. the tires i put on are 285 70 17 Cooper Evolution M/T. I think part of my issue is that the Coopers run big. most 285 70 17 are like 32.4 - 32.6. The Coopers are almost dead on 33 at 32.97.
The tires rub at full hard left and right turn without compression or flex. The sport wheels and new tires do clear the suspension parts / spindle but its very close. a number two pencil can just slide between. barely.
So i feel like i need the tires to move out to toward the fender. however, like you said i dont want that to make a new issue lol.

See how we spend your money here, huh? Your speedo will be off by about 5-6%. When your speedo reads 57, you’ll be doing about 60. Your truck will also calculate your gas mileage incorrectly. It will calculate worse than reality. You can fix it in Forscan (I don’t know how) or with some tunes.

I’m glad those bars are going in. It seems folks think you’re good with your spindle clearance but some small spacers or a set of +30mm or so offset wheels will solve that.

I can adjust the speedo with the ford perf pack tuner. The wheel spacing thing is a brain buster for me.

I'll add my truck to this list after finally upgrade wheels and tires. I decided to go the pizza cutter route after watching tinkerers adventure video. I went from a 285/65r18 Falken Wildpeak from a Tundra TRD Pro oem tires on stock ranger wheels with 2" wheel spacers and no rub to Black Rhino Shogun 17x8.5 -10mm offset and 255/80r17 Falken Wildpeak AT3W. No rub w/ Front crash bars are removed and 2.5 RC lift blocks on front for now. These are just barely poking out with my fender flares.

Love the pizza cutter tires!! Much more contact front to rear vs side to side. The longer tire works for me anyhow, does not seem to eat my mpg either. I have a smaller 255 75 17. Its an fx2 all stock, except for my tailgate assist, and they make a huge difference

I'm running a 285/70 r17 8.5 with 0 offset. 2 inch level kit for tremor.

Truck looks awesome. What tires are those? Red tow hooks and black ovals and you would have the perfect Ranger. Just kidding-sort of. Super looking truck.

255/75/17 on bronco wheels. Front has the SVC collar which gave almost 2 inches if I remember correctly? I’ll have to find my measurements. Rear is stock height.
No rubbing, no crash bar mods. Should have gone bigger. Next tire with be 255/80/17 and hopefully new front shocks with a little more lift.

I almost went with the 255/80/17 setup, but ended up needing tires sooner than later and opted for 275/70/17 KO3's. So far quite pleased with them especially compared to my worn duratracs... although the duratracs don't know nearly as much gravel

Have you had any issues with rubbing with that size? That's the exact tire I was considering for my '21 Tremor...

Also, how's the road noise with the KO3's? I've got the General Grabbers on my truck right now and it's terrible.

Good news, road noise is not an issue with these. I came from worn duratracs and those things were singing at anything above 35. These KO3's are about as silent as you could want from an aggressive all terrain tire. I forgot what it was like to have a quiet truck on the freeway...

The bad, I did have a bit of rubbing. I'm running 1.2" spacers (approx. 30mm), and i had rubbing on the front crash bars (also my old rokblokz mud flaps, but those had a nasty curl so not really the tires fault), and I just threw in a set of the ReadyLift intrusion beams and everything is good to go now. It seems that these new KO3's are running at their advertised size more so than the KO2's did. I slapped a tape measure on them and sure enough they're sitting right at 32.2" best i could tell.

Rough Country 2.5" leveling kit with method race wheels 17x9, 0 offset wrapped in 285/75/17 nitto ridge grapplers. Had to do some trimming (front and rear crash bars, front liner and rear liner). Also has a full size spare that fits perfectly in the stock location.

If you're on stock wheels you might be ok. But these new KO3s seem to run more true to size unlike the old ko2 which was known to run smaller

Hey folks. So I've done a lot of searching and have come up with whole a lot of inconclusive. Wondering if I could get anyone with a similar spec's perspective.

I've got a '20 Lariat FX-4 with the BAP 18s. I'm going to level the front with ReadyLift 3" and lift the back with the 1" block. I want to put a set of KMC545 Trek 17x8 +18mm offset on Falken Wildpeak 285/70/R17s.

What's the rub situation here? Anyone with a similar spec?
