What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Last Monday’s flooding. Water flooded the low point in the road past our vacation unit. Got the call from the front desk that the Fire Dept was evacuating the road. The Ranger was the second vehicle we had on the trip and having it made the packing and evacuation much quicker and easier. Once we had everything, we drove back up the hill and into town to new accommodations.
No water was actually crossed in the process.

Went out to rocky mountain np the day after Christmas...

Took the kid and her 2 cousins sledding.

Had a blast, weather was cold and windy.

This weekend it's supposed to get into the 40's, I'll probably wash both vehicles.

Lost most of the snowpack in New England. NH and ME resorts got hit hard. Some had significant infrastructure damage as result of last monday's rain/flooding.

Started loading shit in it so I can drive back to CO on Saturday.... Looks like snow on Donner Summit and wind/cold out across Wyoming

We’re hovering around 6°-8° C (43°-46°F) and rain. No snow yet except a dusting on the garage roof. I had to chuckle when I read the Old Farmer’s Almanac…

Well, towed about 6800 lbs with no trailer brakes.
I did not take pics so it never happened.
As a warning. As you all did not know already, do not do that!!
I love the smell of brakes in the morning, smells like.......dumbass!!

On a side note, as always, the ranger works just fine, awesome little truck! GEN-Y HITCH!!

I'll post pictures tomorrow but Shelly and I just did a 400 mile round trip to recover the wifes broke down car. I'm super impressed with Shelly, most of the time I couldn't even tell I was towing a 3500lbs car

i was missing those guys too. I think dave is still around now and again. Phil is likely taking life easy with his wife on a rv trip... oh and tito too!
