The first 80k was a dream! I took it all over Southwest /USA, some trails but no heavy off-road as I only have the Fx2 and it is all stock, never got around to custom stuff.
The check light started coming on and the EGR cooler got that changed and flushed but the truck has never been the same.
The engine light keeps coming up again for the same code and drinking coolant like a thirsty horse.
I got a shop to look at it and they put a camera down and said a gasket is cracked (a $3,500 job), they said Ford does not recommend changing it and that getting a crate replacement ($7,500 job) is best but it still might not fix the EGR issue!!!??!!
Does anyone else have experience with this 2.3 EcoBoost engine?
