They do come with a stock one, the reason I ask is the aftermarket brace may not allow the dipstick mount, so you will be fine.

The Explorer engine is too far back under the cowl to mount it to the engine, I am using the shock tower to mount the top bracket, so it's not engine dependent. Do you have the stock shock tower brace?

I added the information because one of the mentioned pro's of the 6G Ranger was the dual injection 2.3 engine, so if the OP went out and bought a 2024 6G it would not have that engine. The new 2.3 engine for 2025 is different, Ford calls it the MPC architecture.

The 2024 6G Ranger with a 2.3L is a one year engine, it does not have the dual injection.

Hey Cole, The fluid level difference between a stock ride height and a leveled one is very minor. If it is showing high when it's hot on level ground, take a little out, or set it to full when you put the PPE pan on, don't be terrified about anything putting a deeper pan on!
