UPDATE 10-06-2022:

Had (4) Michelin LTX A/T2 265/65/R17 tires installed on our 2019 XL FX4. These replaced the POS Hankook LT's that came on the truck new as a dealer ordered option.
Amazing how much better the truck rides.
We had them perform a wheel alignment, I asked for a printout showing the before and after settings to help determine how bad out of alignment the truck was..... the dealership botched that and didn't give me the before alignment configuration...

Our 2019 SuperCab 4x4 STX came with Hankooks. They're cupping like crazy. 31,000 miles on the truck.

I was rotating them every 4,000 miles. The local tire guy said these Hankooks are notorious for cupping, and to rotate them every 6,000 miles.

That didn't appear to help much.

Anybody else still have their factory stock Hankooks and experiencing this?

Hankook are soft on the side panel as well, mine saw a tiny sharp rock and it went flat. I replace them all 2 months after I got the Ranger back in 2020

I have about 15k on my Hankooks and they are wearing evenly. They are okay for OEM tires, not the worst I've received on a new vehicle. However, they are too soft for my tastes and will be replaced before they are fully worn out.

OP needs an alignment. Was there any other modification to your truck? Otherwise, I'm surprised the alignment was poor from the factory (actually I'm not).

I have right at 47,000 miles on mine and they’ve been great so far. :) Good to see you @HenryMac!

Factory stock, only highway miles, nothing to change factory settings.

Alignment not tires, need new tires too though

Try Nitto Ridge or Trail grapplers
I had a tires store convince me to use Hankooks on my previous truck, a Tacoma. Had it aligned before the Hankooks were installed. Experienced similar issues.
