2" Ford Ranger Lifts level and 1.5" Faction Fab spacers on stock Tremor wheels/tires. No rubbing issues... because I removed the crash bars ?

I just saw this thread and thought I would contribute. These are Level 8 Slingshots in 18x9" with +18 offset. The tires are Toyo Open Country M/T's. 275/65-18. I think they are 32.32" total diameter. These fit very well with the 2.5" lift up front. Oddly enough I have slight rubbing only on the drivers side crash bar "and I mean slight" at full lock. I plan to remove both crash bars when I have time.

- BF Goodrich K02's 285/65/18
- Fuel Seige 18x9 +1 offset
- 3" level from Ford Ranger Lifts
- Ready Lift Intrusion Beams replaced the front/rear crash bars
- Slight rub at full lock on the rear front fender wheel wells only. Slightly more trimming to do there, but the front clears just fine.

Ford Performance Fox 2.0 Level, KMC Recons in 17x8.5 +18mm offset and 265/70/17 Cooper Rugged Treks. Due to the offset, they did rub. Installed the ready lift high clearance intrusion beams and all was good.

2. BFG All-Terrain KO2 285/70R17
3. Black Rhino Armory 17x9.5 +6 Offset
4. Fox 2.0 Leveling kit, set to 2”. No spacers.
5. Installed ReadyLift high clearance intrusion beams. Cut carpet above rear intrusion beam. Rubbing on full compression while turning sharply

I think I may have to remove the beams to clear this without spacers.

So I now have those same wheels but with 275/70R17, and I have the rubbing on the rear intrusion beams. What did you ultimately end up doing to solve the problem? Can the beams be loosened and bumped back for clearance or did you scrap them/replace them all together?

No rubbing after that. Since then Ive replaced my front shox with the fox 2.0 and some minor rubbing returned, its a rare event though. It lowered about 1/2 inch switching to the fox.

I replaced my factory intrusion beams with high clearance ones, but I still have the rubbing on a sharp turn with any incline. The only thing I can do is remove the rear beams altogether to get it to clear 100% of the time.

I will likely remove the high clearance beams when I go off-roading (once or twice a month), and put them back when I am road driving.
