Did take the truck for a spin and the HP gain from the damper is amazing.

Yet another mod I didn’t know I needed until the forum showed me I needed it….and of course, once you’ve seen that you need it…..there’s no unseeing said need and you suddenly know you need what you saw.

Anyway, Morimoto markers….you know, to get rid of the orange I didn’t know I needed to get rid of.

Lol, I will say they look a whole lot better to my eye. Looking forward to the new headlights.

I finally got my Auxbeam control box mounted. I broke the cable when I was installing it the first time. Auxbeam's customer service was great. I told them I broke the cable, taking complete responsibility and asked to buy a new cable. Amazon only sells cables in 4 ft increments, and the kit came with double that. Auxbeam wouldn't let me buy one and replaced it for free. It only kinda mattered though because I had to daisy chain three 4 foot cables and the original 8 foot. They connections are barrels and have a seal in them, so I think they should be fine. Time will tell.

I did a bunch of wiring today too, but I did it so that you can't really see it when everything is reassembled. I do need to work on the rats nest at the battery, but that's another day's problem.

Big shout out to @Nopalito, his emotional support during this work was incredible and much needed. He even lent a hand feeding cables down the engine bay.

I even angled the ditch lights to cover ditches and away from the hood.

Took some time this morning to start mapping and laying out the base work for the battle wagon rear cabin. Once its all done, trimmed out, the wood will get a coat of black paint and then a rubberized finish. There will be a floor platform as well (carpeted) for my dogs or a human as needed. I need to order a couple of more laser cut molle panels (I tossed one random molle pouch on there just to get an idea what I am working with).

Took a part this electronic weapon rack I recently acquired, I think the only portion I am going to keep is the actually locking mechanism. I am going to see if I can repurpose the support bar to be used in my custom fabricated over-head ceiling console I have been wanting to tackle.
