Messed with the spare and sprayed silicon stuff on every thing rubber under it to try and stop the chirping noise at slow speeds going over bumps. It didn't help.

The sounds of a small flight of birds chasing me/flying under the bed will continue for now.

Until you’ve tried one of the new battery powered saws you wouldn’t believe how well they work and how long a battery lasts! I know they won’t replace a gas saw for everything but they do a damn good job for what they are. This thread got off topic in a hurry! Lol
I have a Kobalt 24v chainsaw with 1 - 6ah battery and 2 - 4ah batteries. It cuts like a monster, starts EVERY time I pull the trigger, no stink. When the batteries are, done hours into the job, so am I. My family has used 2 strokes for years. We have a collection. They randomly stop working, hard to start when they do run, loud, make lots of exhaust, expensive to have fixed, and mysterious to self repair. I will never go back to gas.

do you have a link for t his? I can only find smoked and I like the black.
I went directly to the AVS website. This is the one that tapes to the hood and as far as I could see it only comes in black.

That‘s the first I’ve heard of that but hey, what you and Mrs. Msfitoy do behind closed doors is your business.

Did take the truck for a spin and the HP gain from the damper is amazing.
