I used the stock bump stop, I did shorten it a little bit, but my truck is 1.5" lower in the back, the Tremor bump stop did not have the white plastic ring though.

Awesome, thanks for the pics @gryder

Have you got a link to the U bolts and bushings you used?

Hey Doug,

Here is the link for the U-bolts i bought and used.

https://www.roughcountry.com/u-bolt-kit-7609.html

I just noticed they sell a 7.75 inch length. I can't garentee that they will fit. Fitzmotor measured his Tremor U-bolts at 7 3/8 inch. He was able to use his u-bolts but i know he removed a leaf from the global set. I'm not sure if he tried installing the full 5 leafs with the stock u-bolts. If he did. then the 7.75 u-bolt should work.

As for the bushing kit. If you go into ebay and search SuperPro 2019 ford ranger. You will see a listing that reads New *SuperPro* Leaf Spring Bush Kit for Ford Australia Ranger PX ll-Rear. For some reason the part number does not show in the post. But if you google SuperPro plus the part number you will see it. Also its cheaper to buy from Austrailia then the UK.

Part number kit168K-1. SuperPro Also sells a kit that comes with grease-able shackles. It is a little more expensive.

Just for reference, the stock u-bolts measure in at 6 3/4 inch.

Perfect. Obviously some UBolts will be needed. I'll look into the bushings and decide on them.

@Fitzmotor did the Tremor U bolts work on the full spring pack, or only with one leaf removed??

The Tremor U bolts will work with the full spring pack with at least 1/2 of an inch to spare maybe more and that's with a 2* shim in there.

Excellent. I'll order the 7.75 inch ones.

Thanks again!

I ordered a set of rear leafs and U-bolts, I hope this helps with the jolting ride.

Phessor, I believe it will. My initial thoughts when I drove it was, ok, this feels better I think. I think it’s smoother over the bumps I would go over before I switched springs. But the less I thought about how it rides I noticed it was just generally smoother, less bucking, if I went over a bump or dip, the rear would bounce once then settle as opposed to bouncing two to three times.

I already had the eibach 2.0 front coilovers before I switched springs with the stock fx4 shocks. That alone changed the handling in the front and it was really smooth but out of balance with the rear and single stock leaf spring. The front would take all the big bumps, dips, pot holes, but the rear would bounce around and you would feel it in your back. Those who have fx4 shocks know what I’m talking about.

With the new global springs, they react a lot better with the front coilovers. You can still tell the front is firmer and more refined but the springs helped out and felt smoother in every way. Less julting, bucking, bounce. Soon I’ll be getting rear shocks, still debating between fox and king. I can’t wait to feel how smooth it will really be.

Why not the Eibach rears? I've heard good things about them.

I'm not a big fan of mixing and match suspension components. Which is why I picked up the global springs. I've got my Fox 2.0 kit waiting. Would've gone Icon level with their rear springs but their levels were unavailable. Considered Fox with OME or Icon springs but didn't want mix and match. Almost had a set of Tremor takeoffs but that fell though. So I decided to try the global springs. Now I'll get my 2" or so up front and 1/2" in back, retaining a slight rake for actual truck usage.

Gonna call this my Ford/Fox lift in the hopes of pushing @Frenchy 's buttons.

If I were you I'd install the Eibach rears making yours a Ford/Eibach lift.

I have the Ford/Fox 2.0, bolts should be here in a couple of hours or so and my springs are scheduled for a Wednesday delivery. I'll have them on Thursday by the latest and I'll post back my thoughts.

Very nice. Looking forward to a preview.

D fresh, well I want to have a remote reservoir rear shock and eibach is currently in the process of making one. They teased a video early February this year talking about coming out with a new rear shock for our truck. ETA was summer but now I’m just getting antsy.

The reason why I mentioned the fox or king shocks was because I want to get a custom valve from Accutune Off-road, they’re based out of southern Cali where I’m from and I guess those are the shocks they mainly deal with. I was thinking a 2.0 fox remote resi or the king 2.5 remote. I was going to give them a call and see what would be best for the driving I’ll be doing. I like going to the desert and going through the mountain trails. If eibach ever releases the new remote resi shocks I’ll consider those.
