You could try switching them left to right.

Land Rover Discovery had that problem and that’s how we fixed them.
that is what the +/- marks on our springs do. Tell you if they are positive on height. Nothing for neutral and the - sign for negative of nominal.

If they’re both + then that’s what the factory had to slap on. It does seem using a positive on passenger side and a negative on drivers side would give you a level truck. I know, crazy engineering ?

@Muffin1 if tempted to give it a try let me know…I’d be curious to see how it worked out.
Not sure if I want to make any changes after reading this about correcting a shudder by using shims to adjust pinion angle, and page 3 talks about only one shim per side and they have to go be installed with the thicker end facing forward, seems like swapping out the factory shim for a squared on both sides 1” shim might cause another issue.
Maybe I’ll just put some ballast in side the bed at the right rear like traction sand that comes in bagged tubes

Simple solutions are sometimes best.

Oh boy you hit the nail on the head, maybe someday one day I’ll learn to just leave well enough alone, probably not though lol.

Yes that’s what I was thinking of, I think 3 tubes would work, I’m 220lbs and climbed in the back right side had a friend measure,
it went down about 1 1/4”.

So i was able to locate the tube sand or traction sand, my towns Ace Hardware had them,
they were not in stock at either HD or Lowes around me, guess out of season as winter traction purposes, $6.97 X3 and tax was $21.30 so far the cheapest mod I've done so far :)
They are 60lbs each and got me 3/4'' lower so that leaves a 1/4 diff compared to the drivers side,
so that is great and for all intents this issue is now fixed and am happy how its sitting now.. .
