I’m about to swap my mono leaf out with Tremor leaf packs and I am wondering if anyone has some advice on the bushings? The front bushings are in the Tremor leaf’s and they have about 18k miles on them. They don’t look worn but what don’t know?! I also need to put rear bushings in, either buying new or re-using the originals in my monos which have 13k miles on them. Is it difficult to get the rear ones out to reuse them? What about the fronts? New bushings all around ain’t cheap and I can’t find any poly ones or any bushing for that matter that aren’t OEM from Ford. I don’t want to get a leaf out only to determine I can’t reuse the rear bushings and then lose time by ordering them. Also don’t want to spend the money if I don’t have to. Thanks for your help!

If not mistaken I think the rear bushing pip right out of the leafs. Are they the same size for the other leafs? Can't say since I didnt go that route. Hopefully that helps you out

They’re supposed to be the same. The fronts are but the bushings from the factory on the fronts seem pressed in. Old man emu seems to have poly bushings for their leafs but I don’t know if they are the same as OEM size

I dont think they are. I had the Old Man EMU leafs before on the Ranger and it had a different shackle as well. I think it was a slightly different diamiter too. What you could do is contact ARB and find out. Worst case they say it won't work.

Did you end up getting poly bushings?

I ordered shackles from RHFab and should be getting them soon. I want to use poly bushings and want to do the shackle bushings plus the front eyelet bushings that came with the deavers. Looking to get all 6 poly bushings, don't need inner sleeves.

Never found poly. They seem to be fine. I have more problems with the dust causing the leafs to squeak than noise coming from bushings being worn.

Ok I'm going to find some and post what I find.

I just put some poly bushings on my upper control arms. My bajakits came with delrin and they wanted $200 for replacements. I found some polyurethane bushings for $25 that took out the play I had. Now to do the leaf spring bushings.
