I did confirm that I did in fact loose my HD channels. I re-installed the OEM antenna as a result. I also informed the seller but did not request a refund.Did you ever test if the Stubby causes any loss of HD channels?
My dealer where I purchased the truck wanted $115 just forthe labor to install front and back molded mud guards! I ended up buying them on the Ford accessories. com site and had sent to a different dealer who only want $27 per pair to install (still a bit much though IMO). They did have my truck back in the service department an hour for the installation... whether it actually took that much time to do front & back, I don't know... but I highly doubt it.Tried to get the dealer to throw in the splash guards wouldn’t do it ask him to install wouldn’t do it ,took me 10 minutes . I've been chasing wireless apple car play for sometime now.Hi. I'm new here. I just bought a 2019 Ranger (it is being shipped and should be delivered next week). I had a 1990 Ranger 2wd reg cab long bed back in college and drove it for 10 years before my wife convinced me to sell it. It was a mistake.
My new one is very plain- white XL 2wd extended cab with a bed liner. I needed a truck now for work, but also am planning to get the F150 Lightning when it is available, so this is to hold me over until then. I wanted the XLT 4wd, but just couldn't justify the cost right now, especially if I am planning to sell it in a year or two.
I'd like to upgrade the steel wheels. Any suggestions of what can be done cheaply to improve the look? I was thinking wheel covers or plasti-dip, but I haven't seen anything I like yet. I'd love to see what you guys have done. I might just replace the rims and tires, but will need to think about that a little bit.
I'd also like to consider upgrading the old SYNC radio to something with Apple Carplay. I'd love to hear any suggestions you may have.
Lastly, I will need to install a hitch. I'll be towing a motorcycle trailer occasionally, so was thinking about the Draw-Tite class III, but I don't think I'll need to do the brake controller (just a 4-pin harness).
What else would you suggest?

$6.... sweet Jebus. Home Depot USA & Canada, same can.A 6$ can of plasti dip is the first mod I run to grab on almost every vehicle. Maybe a few cans if I do the rims and grill instead of just the emblems.
